Nice hotel in midst if Chinatown, crowded streets, vendors etc.

Had an issue at check in. Hotel said Orbitz canceled our room. I called Orbitz and they had to call the hotel to straighten things out. After that it was a pleasant stay.

Nice room ease to get to and easy to get around on the subway and local attractions.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean, great location! Modern renovated bathrooms with heated floors. In-room safe was easy to operate. There's free breakfast and coffee in the lobby every day. Less than 5 minute walk away from great places to eat & awesome shops. Cons: The AC/heater was a little tweaky, but overall it worked. Key cards were a little glitchy in the elevator slot, but the staff was on it & quickly fixed them the times they malfunctioned. If you're not looking for something real fancy, and just want a nice clean hotel in a great spot, this is it!

Easy access to metro, good staff, good breakfast. Booking a car through them to airport was 30 min late. Use uber.

My boyfriend and I were in NYC for a few days on vacation and this hotel was in a good location for everything we wanted to do. It's in Chinatown, and close to Little Italy and trendy Soho. The nearest subway station was a block and a half away, and there was easy access to many NY sites, like the Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge.

I didn't expect a whole lot for the price in NYC, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was nice and clean. I had no complaints at all.

Staying in a hotel in Manhattan is often hit and miss. This hotel knocked it out of the ballpark with incredible customer service, a hot buffet breakfast and clean and comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again

Stayed here for a week-long reservation, and they refused my request for a late checkout. Apparently their 'Management' instructed them that there are absolutely no check outs. Despite the fact that I've been staying with them for a full week, they charged me for a late check out from 11:30am to 3pm at a half-day rate. I expect more from the hotels I stay at, especially when I've stayed with them for a week.

It is just located in Chinatown. And it was quite convenient for us. It offer free and delicious breakfast. But the room is a little bit small. And the hot wind seems not very satisfied.

the hotel was in a good location the staff was friendly and helpful the room was too hot and there was no refrigerator the breakfast we're goodand the room was clean with an overall good experience would recommend and would stay there again

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was small, but I hear that's common in NYC.

This is a great chinatown/little italy spot right on the B/D metro. Everything you need with easy access to the rest of the city. The middle of little italy is a couple blocks away, with nice cafes and so on. But a simple continental breakfast (cf. Key and Peele's sketch on this!) is also provided.

We loved the cleanliness of the room. The non-smoking and no pets was such a plus!! The free breakfast was adequate. When you are planning on travelling all over the city you don't need a big breakfast, so waffles, bagels, cereal and fruit were fine for us. They also had hot entree of breakfast meats and eggs. We were surprised by how friendly and helpful each member of the staff was! They greeted you as you got off the elevator in the lobby with huge hello's and smiles! Helpful and knowledgeable with directions and advice on attractions. I will definitely stay here again!!!

Only stayed for a couple hours sleep, before catching a train to the airport, but staff was courteous, room was clean and good quick breakfast before being on our way. I'd definitely recommend to others

Great stay! Great location - in the heart of China town, next to Little Italy! Great gelato one block away!

This place was perfect for us. We didn't want to spend a lot of money. The room was clean, the bed was super comfy. Slept great. And we were walking distance from Lombardi's (best pizza ever), Vanessa's dumplings (4 for $1), gelato in Little Italy, Doughnut Plant, and even Katz Deli for the best Pastrami sandwich I've ever eaten. We were in town for a show at the Public Theater which was also walking distance away. And we took the plunge and walked to Chelsea Market one day (2 miles away). On full stomachs we took the subway home. Google maps makes it so easy to get around on public transit.

We went to attend a family event in Chinatown on the thanksgiving day, when all the hotels nearby were full and expensive. This one was of great value compared to others at this special day. But if it were during a low season, the price might be too high. Overall very good experience, nice and decent hotel room within the Chinatown area.

Ideal location for many nearby rock clubs. Comfortable bed and pillow.

Nice and clean hotel, perfect location to explore downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn. Breakfast was okay and staff was helpful and polite. I will definitely come back.
