The rooms don’t have a refrigerator. They charge $25 to have a refrigerator installed. There are no microwaves in the rooms. One wordhave to take food to the elevator area where there is a microwave shower fixture was broken. There is a charge of $35 per day which allows you a credit of $35 at one of the three restaurants on site. I believe that a hotel should be having refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms. This was disappointing. Location is excellent close to Time Square,

The location was perfect - just a few blocks to the MOMA and Broadway. The reception staff (especially Peter) were friendly and helpful. All of that more than made up for the disastrous elevators (the control panels were often out of service and the service was slow) and the broken WiFi. Still overall, a great deal. I would absolutely stay here again.

Main entrance was under renovation. Starbucks was temporarily available in the Library restaurant. Minimal staff looking after the food and drink so could be very slow if you got there at the wrong time. Library restaurant was expensive so would recommend checking out the local eateries. If you are fortunate enough to get a food and beverage credit that really helps. I was given $35 a day. Room had the necessities. Would have liked body wash but soap bars work. Not sure that the bath was cleaned during my stay even though the rest of the bathroom was cleaned. Plenty of towels. Bed was quite high but comfortable. Times Square and Broadway shows are a short walk away. Hop on/Hop Off buses are also close by and provide a great start to sightseeing. Central Park is within walking distance. Not the cheapest hotel but it does have packages and is in a good spot for access to many tourist attractions.

The hotel room was a bit outdated. Our blinds didn’t work and had to get them fixed. The light bulbs were very bright for the lamps and every time we turned light on it was super bright in room. We were happy with the service and location but for the amount of money spent, I felt the quality could have been better.

The check in process and staff (Anthony) was great to work with. It had been a long day of travel and it was nice to have a room early to check in to and get our day started. I love the location of this hotel, it is centrally located to all of the activities we wanted to see.
