I felt very neglected no face rags housekeeping was terrible no microwave no refrigerator. I had to walk to another side of the building to use the microwave which was on a 21st floor and I was on a 45th floor. The view was horrible. The AC was horrible. I couldn’t get any warm air. I’m a Floridian so you know I needed warm air all around. It was the worst stay for me ever in my life. I won’t ever stay again and I recommend orbit not to advertise for them. It was horrible.

We arrived at the hotel at 12pm; not expecting to get in our room right away as it was 4 hours before check in. None the less we waited 45 min for Them to take our information, credit card for incidentals, but no room number or keys, we were told we would get a phone call when our room was ready. We then waited in like for a hour to pay the $6/bag to leave at the hotel. Well we had tours & a show planned. We did not return back to the hotel till 8pm. At 8pm the line for the front desk was winding around the entire lobby. We didn’t know what to do. Other than get in line and I went to find a manager to see if keys were made for guests that had already been in the check in line for that day. There was not and we were instructed to stand in line for 3 hours till it was our turn to get our keys.

The window did not fit. Open air gap of one inch, both sides, top to bottom. Almost impossible to keep room warm. Bathroom full of mildew. Elevator system a disaster. Web site needs to be updated to reflect actual dining options (minimal) during renovations.

I liked everything. Even though the hotel was very crowded, we didn’t have any problems. The only thing I didn’t like were the additional extra fees that we were required to pay. Because of that, it ended up being much more expensive than I expected.

The service was terrible. At one point, none of the elevators were working, which was a major safety and convenience issue as our room was on the 40th floor. The property also felt old and dated. Furthermore, the check-in line took more than an hour to get through.

The elevators didn’t work most of the time, and the waits were 10-15 minutes to get an elevator. The room was dated and small for the price I paid, but they were very clean.

Love the staff since the moment i arrived. Rooms was very clean and the only inconvenience is the freight elevators are to slow and the people in front of the building smoking way to much smoke

The food and drink fee was confusing. I was told to use the restaurants be sure they were taking money everyday that goes towards it. But, I didn’t use it one day and the money was refunded. I ate the restaurant one night thinking the money would count as part of it, but I was charged what I ordered and an additional amount for the “fee”. I still don’t get it. If no one told me about the fee, I wouldn’t have eaten there at all ever. It was super confusing so I would make sure before you eat, to check on that. Everybody was super nice staff, front desk, the man I met in the elevator. Everybody was really really nice. I would stay here again I just wouldn’t eat on property. My $50 dinner ended up being $96 because of the additional fee.

I arrived at hotel at about 10pm. Waited in line 30 minutes to get to counter. Staff acknowledged that I had a reservation for a room with two beds, but said none were available. They said my room was still being cleaned. Finally got into room at almost 1 am. The room was ok, but neither the shower nor the sink drained properly. I took showers standing in ankle deep water. The line for Starbucks in lobby was ridiculous with only one register working (for the entire stay).
