Excellent value compared with most other options in Brooklyn & Manhattan. There’s a G subway station and a J/M train station very close by so getting in and out of Manhattan is easy, as is travelling to/from JFK via Jamaica. Though limited, the free continental breakfast is a nice touch (especially for NYC), and means not having to worry about eating out until lunchtime. We had a couple of issues during our three night stay (broken fridge and a blocked sink) however both were eventually fixed (although the fridge stopped working again not long after). The gym is small but clean and has a treadmill, which is useful as the immediate vicinity of the hotel isn’t great for going out running etc. We saved upwards of £500 staying here and overall it was definitely worth it. Not too noisy at night (using earplugs) and the bed was big and comfy.

A clean, modern room with lots of amenities. Friendly staff. Hotel is on the edge of a more gritty area (Broadway) but if you head north there's a super cute area. Room was not very quiet- it's a great idea to use ear plugs.

Excellent place!

The hotel is very comfortable and has a lot of perks that makes you feel special. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent, so was the breakfast the following day.
