The condo is absolutely perfect. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The direct oceanfront view and location cant be beat! I also need to mention that all of the staff at the complex were wonderful. Very helpful and the check in process was smooth.Loved it!

Beautiful and relaxing

My family and I went for spring break and we had an amazing time. The condo is beautiful. The building is very clean and quiet. We woke up to the sound of the ocean every morning and had a coffee out there on the balcony two blocks away from Flagler so close enough to all the action but far enough away that it was quiet Would definitely recommend

Great Beach Property

This property is excellent. They've done a wonderful job with the interior. Beach view is amazing. Location is perfect... step out the back door to a beach side restaurant... walk a block further and it's the heart of New Smyrna.

Updated NSB Condo

Great, updated NSB condo! The location is ideal - we walked to every meal! The photos present the property accurately. It has been updated recently and is beautiful! Our family was very comfortable there - 2 adults and 3 children aged 7, 9, & 11. The unit is small but there was room for everyone and two full bathrooms is much appreciated! Also - we were too busy out enjoying the beach and pool to spend our days inside. The view can’t be beat. The pool was never crowded and was plenty warm for kids to be swimming. The entire complex shares coin laundry facilities on the first floor. We got our parking pass immediately upon arrival - do this or you will be towed! Front desk staff was easy to work with - our key code didn’t work so they gave us actual keys - not a big deal at all and the staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this unit. We will be back!!!
