Escape to Seaside Hideaway, a serene 4th-floor oceanview studio in the quieter side of New Smyrna Beach. Wake up to glowing sunrises and sweeping Atlantic views from your private east-facing balcony and just steps from the no-drive beach. Thoughtfully appointed with custom art, a stainless steel kitchen and beach-ready comforts, this tranquil retreat is near top local dining, shops, 27th Ave beachfront park with grills, and an on-site pool—perfect for effortless coastal living!

24 hour audio and video surveillance is present in all public areas of the building including entrances and the pool. Devices will be on.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) dedicated on-site parking space is available. One (1) free additional guest parking space may also be available on a first come, first served basis and is therefore not guaranteed. All parking is uncovered and requires the provided parking passes to be displayed at all times on vehicle or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. Two (2) total parking passes are provided. Lost/stolen/damaged parking passes incur $50 USD replacement fee per pass. RV's, trailers or oversized trucks of any kind are not permitted on premises.

Was nice ! Location worked for us because the kids enjoyed the park and the beach ! But it would only work for small kids you would need a bigger space for older ones ! I would come back again! Maybe just me and the wife !
