Great location! We walked to all the best places on Flagler. The only downside is the place was packed with college kids.

So this stay is about location! So convenient to everything on Flager Ave and the beach! This one bedroom renovated apartment was good for a quick couple night stay! We felt very safe. We didn't anticipate Flager Follies setting up for the weekend and constant live music ALL day just outside our door. We didn't reach out for any of the concerns we had as there was little that could have been done... bring ice and earplugs!

A delightful array of restaurants and vibrant shopping optio

The selection of restaurants and shopping was the draw for us. The restaurant called The Garlic was the highlight of our visit. The beach would have been another great draw but it was exceptionally cold this year. Not normal.

Ideal Location!

This was the perfect location where you can put your vehicle away! You are in the middle of wonderful restaurants, shops, and a quick walk to the beach. The bed is not ideal for a long term stay, but fine for a long weekend.

Great view and location!

Whether you want to people watch or join the fun, it’s the perfect spot to do it! The apartment was clean, with almost anything you needed. I travel often and it’s refreshing. I only needed to contact the team one time with a power outage issue and they were all very kind and quick to respond and help me find out what was going on, even at midnight. Would definitely book again!

Flagler Ave. Beach Apartment

We had a great time staying on Flagler Ave. Our place was very clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed and couch were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The decor was beachy and airy, adding to the beach vacation feel. We walked to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Evenings were great for bike rides in the surrounding neighborhoods. I would highly recommend this sweet little home away from home. Thank you VRBO!

Great location

The company communicated very well and the check in process was seamless. Enjoyed staying right on Flagler - very minimal noise, but I almost enjoyed the sounds of nightlife. One small issue arose - not the fault of the company. The company addressed it very quickly, which we appreciated. Will stay again.

New Smyrna apartment rental

Great little apartment with everything we needed and good to be able to walk to restaurants and the beach. Missed not having a washer/dryer. Since apartment is on the main drag, it gets pretty noisy and congested. Parking was a challenge at times.

Sedona Views and Conveniences

This house is beautifully updated. Very convenient, and a short walk, to grocery store and hiking paths. A paved walking/biking path is steps away. The views are outstanding, particularly from the upper deck. Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, with great privacy. Back yard is fully fenced and secure. Tim and Danielle are excellent hosts - very communicative and responsive. We expect to visit again in the future.

Great location: lack of space and amenities

Really great location and cute little place. It was listed as a unit that sleeps 4 and this was not the case. There was no pullout couch and the master has a full sized bed- pretty small for two adults. Also, there was no toilet paper or hair dryer. The management company did bring an air mattress and took 10% off for the fact that the unit would not sleep 4. Location was great.

This was not a great stay. First of all, both of the electronic key pads used to enter the apt were super finicky. It always took multiple tries at each door (one to enter bldg, one to enter apt) just to get it to unlock. Incredibly annoying, especially with arms full. (Wasn’t just us. We met other guests of bldg having same issue. Seems to be “a thing” there. Next, TV (or remote) didn’t work. It was stuck on one NYC news station entire stay. Apt had just one roll of toilet paper, the one on the holder. No backup! Had to go down the street to 7-11 to get a few rolls. And the top rack in the dishwasher came off its track—was unable to get it back on as we were hustling around to get to airport. Just one small bar of soap. Not what you’d call a well-equipped unit. And, of course, place was loud…especially on Thur and Fri night. That was somewhat expected, given its location. But wow! The motorcycle and car engine revving right outside the window can get kind of old at 12 and 1 in the morning. Very disappointing.
