Welcome to your sandy paradise! New Smyrna Beach is rated one of Florida's top beaches and is one of Central Florida's best-kept secrets. NSB (as the locals call it) has it all: small beach town feel, surfing, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, thriving nightlife (Flagler Ave), and great eats! You will not regret visiting this "little beach town"! Our beach condo has been newly renovated top to bottom. With 1500 sqft of living space there is plenty of room to sprawl out! The large open floor plan makes this the perfect location for families or couples. The sleeping arrangements are 2 large bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen bed) and 2 bathrooms over. There are also two large and very comfortable sofas in the living room (not pull-outs). You will have full access to our resort style amenities. 2 bedrooms/2 baths, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 club houses, tennis courts, shuffle board, bocce ball, sauna, full gym/work out area (aerobics and weights), Private board walk along the inter-coastal, Private beach access, and many many more. Door is on digital locks which you will gain access to before your stay. The host is available for any questions or concerns via phone/text/airbnb message. We do have a local person available for emergencies. Our condo is located on the south end of New Smyrna Beach. This is a quieter location of the town as most of the "action" (i.e night life, events, etc) are located on the North end of town. The downtown area (Flager Avenue) is approximately 5 miles north or 8-10 minute drive. An Uber/Taxi is about $5-10 each way (please dont drink and drive). Car, bike, golf cart & scooter (rentals available off Flagler avenue)

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
