Amazing condo and a wonderful host. Christine checked in us several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay and the unit itself was excellent. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. The ocean view from the patio was amazing as well. What an amazing place to be when the sun came up in the morning! We would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed here for four consecutive years, and each visit has been wonderful. The condo is always spotless, fully equipped with everything we need, and perfectly located right on the beach. The owners are exceptionally kind, helpful, and responsive—they stay in touch before, during, and after our stay to ensure everything goes smoothly. We especially love visiting in the fall, when the weather is warm, the beaches are quiet, and all the shops and restaurants in New Smyrna Beach are open. Whenever we plan our next vacation, there’s no question about where we want to stay—it’s always here.

Every morning we woke up to the sunrise over the ocean while sitting on our balcony. Every night we had the ocean waves crashing onto the beach below while watching the moon rise. We were truly blessed to be able to stay in this unit .

Great host, condo, and location.

From before the stay until check out, everything was top notch. Having a host with great communication and processes set up, makes a huge difference. We had a minor issue and it was handled immediately. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for an updated condo, on a private part of NSB, and great amenities.

The view is spectacular. The condo met all of our needs. The kitchen was the most well equipped we have experienced in a rental. The location was good for biking, walking and relaxing. We got involved with Pickellball and played almost daily on the condo courts. Have already booked for 2024.

Wonderful experience!

Both the Condo Unit as well as the property were first class. Really could not have asked for more. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed in every way. Special touches as luxury soaps, lotions, candles, great bedding, comfortable furniture etc. were very welcoming. I would love to stay there again! I would also very highly recommend to travelers seeking a vacation that "feels like their own beach home".

Wonderful Condo

This condo is just amazing! The ocean is right off a very large covered balcony. Views galore!!! The host, Christine and Tom , were so helpful and accommodating. They had beach toys that my grand-daughter loved. I loved the area that sits just above the beach with loungers. I loved everything about this place! We will be back for sure!
