The whole experience was wonderful. Nice old-fashioned charm in the hallways and in each room. Not your basic cookie cutter rooms. Bedtime snacks available. Couples sitting by the fire reading, playing dominoes. Felt so safe. Even took a walk in my pajamas to a different floor to use the microwave. (no microwaves in the room. 😬) Christmas decorations were tastefully done!

The room was really clean, the sheets smelled nice, and all of the workers that we talked to were exceptional. I'll definitely stay here again and will suggest it to others! Oh and they serve snacks in the evening!!

Room was nice and staff very courteous. We were in first floor room facing busy street. Street noise was very bad and outside lights were not adequately blocked out. Two chairs in room were very uncomfortable as they were made with block of wood that pressed on neck when sitting . Breakfast was above average. Pastry was fresh from nearby Der Dutchman bakery.

We had several special requests that were done and awaiting our arrival. The room was impeccable. All the staff were very friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was satisfactory. This is the first time that we have seen a glass shower door with a cutout that allows you to turn on the water from outside. Brilliant, no more icy chills or wet floors while waiting for warm water.
