Just needed a place to spend the night driving back to MSY (20min away) very close to interstate. Nice beds

The hotel staff gave out our room number, then we were harassed the rest of our trip. We were there for a death in the family. We were moved 3 times in a seven day stay.

The hotel is very modern and the room was very big. We stayed in a double, even though I booked a king. We received a discount and the room had a kitchen, very clean and nice and cheap. Great!

Our room suppose to be non smoking, but looks like was a former smoking room and was not renovated when converted to non smoking

The desk worker was so nice. The bed a very comfortable and I love how spacious the rooms are. My boyfriend and I had an awesome time. I love how it's surrounded by a variety of food places.

This hotel was a good choice for my wife and I. It was about 15 minutes from the NOLA airport in Kenner. I would have rated it higher but for the fact that there was no shower curtain, and none was available when we requested it. That was a first for us. It is a shame, because aside from that, I would have rated the hotel more highly. The room was very clean, very roomy, the bed very comfortable, and the desk staff were very helpful, except that they would not or could not get a shower curtain for us. We were able to cope with that. We had an excellent dinner in La Place at a restaurant called Petra's. It had excellent service and is very popular with the locals. We would recommend the Suburban Extended Stay and hope they would provide a shower curtain.

Stove didn't work, toilet hummed, but staff was polite and place was clean

I didn't want to pay $400+ for one night in the French Quarter, so we drove around 25 miles out from NOLA and stayed the night at this joint in La Place. The staff was hospitable, but I had trouble sleeping due to hearing the next room's blaring TV and loud conversation. It was New Year's Eve, though, so it wasn't the worst experience. All-and-all, I would still consider staying again.

We stayed here five nights. We loved having the kitchen. The only bad things I have to say are they wouldn't give us a nonsmoking room even tho the hotel was practically empty and they wouldn't bring us extra pillows. We asked twice for pillows and once we were told they didn't have any and the second time they said they would bring them and never showed. Great room tho, very roomy and clean.

Room was ok. Mattress wasn't terrible but not very comfortable. What I absolutely cannot stand about this place was the house keeping. I arrived late and was planning on sleeping in. I put the do not disturb sign out and had housekeeping banging on my door at 8:00 am. I thought maybe someone stole my sign... Nope! It was still there on my way out. Go here if you don't want to sleep. It's not a very quiet place. You'll still hear banging on other doors and slamming of doors. I've been in way quieter motels that cost 30% of this place.

We only stayed one night because we were driving through to new orleans. That day w had spent all day touring the beautiful plantation homes in the area. We were greated with a very friendly staff member and were pleased to see a very clean room. The furniture was very new and of a beautiful modern style. The television was HUGE !! So the kids loved it. The kitchen was well equipped except for a strainer for the noodles I made that night. This hotel saved us 40+50 dollars which is what I would have spent on dinner! I would MOST deffinately stay here again! Infact, I would stay here just to "get away" for the night with my husband. It was unbeleivable value for the money.
