Make yourself at home in this delightful 3-bedroom 2 bath New Braunfels retreat. Located on the beautiful Guadalupe River, this third-floor, 1300 square-foot condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. From the moment you step inside, On River Time will make you feel right at home. The living room has 2 full size sofas situated around a flat screen TV. Natural sunlight fills the room via the double sliding glass doors that lead to a spacious patio that includes a grill, patio furniture, small refrigerator, and an incredible view of the river. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, bar seating, a beverage bar and a drop-leaf table and chairs. Down the hall you will find a full size stacking washer/dryer closet, 2 queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. At the end of the hall is a master bedroom with attached bathroom with walk-in shower. You will have full access to the community pool as well as the convenience of one covered parking space, safe gated community, and an elevator that helps when arriving and departing.

***Important Info***This is a family friendly complex, observing quiet hours between 10PM to 9AM. Security guard on premises to ensure that only renters are on grounds and that rules are followed. Must be 25 to rent. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The reservation includes 2 parking spots with paper tags and wristbands for each guest. Overflow parking available nearby. Wristbands must be worn at all times. No profanity or vulgar music. No daytime guests allowed. Monthly rentals are allowed. Please reach out to owner for details.

Booked this Condo for a quick trip with friends! Love this river location at Sattler, but the condo itself is amazing. Spacious with a huge patio overlooking the Guadalupe with a full kitchen, it truly has everything you need! Beth was quick to respond to any question, and the check in/ checkout was a breeze! We will definitely be back!
