Cozy river retreat!

Perfect view of the river and so easy to access it. Love the downstairs kitchen, its attached patio, and the ability to see your party playing in the river while cooking/hanging out on it. It’s also a really cool treat to see the wild turkeys grazing the lawn in the early morning! Love everything about the property and its amenities!

Annual River trip

This property is a great place to stay when you are looking for time at the river. It is very clean, roomy, in a great location, and the property host was wonderful to communicate with. Will definitely rent again!!!

Look forward to this trip every year

My friends and I go to New Braunfels every year for the past 8 years, and we always stay at River Run in the same location. The house is amazing! They have all the amenities you need and want on your stay here. I'm already planning for my trip next year.

Golf Trip River Float perfection

A group of guys always gets together every year for a golf trip and we stayed at this place. It’s absolutely everything you’d want in a place on the Guad. 10/10 we will be returning next year

Friends Trip

The house and location were great! The house was clean and exactly like the listing photos. Having the tube rental place next door was very convenient as well. We would love to come back!

Great location and house!!

Loved our stay here. We had 14 young adults and had plenty of space! Located right on the river and next door to tube rentals made floating a breeze! Property manager was very helpful and answered all our questions. Would definitely stay again, only critique is the pillows/blankets/sheets on the bed could definitely use an upgrade.

Amazing trip!

We all have nothing but positive things to say about this place! Everything was exactly as expected. Our host Bambi was amazing and replied very quickly to all messages! We were a group of 14 adults and there was more than enough room! We would all highly recommend and look forward to going back next year!

River Trip

We just came back from a Guadalupe River trip. The River Road Villas is were we stayed for 4 nights. The river condo was an excellent place to stay. Everything was clean, nice decor throughout both the upstairs and downstairs areas. It had easy access to the river plus there are two river outfitters located on either side of the RR Villas for a river float. I will definitely book again.

Weekend getaway

Our stay was fantastic!! The house was facing the water, clean, organized, and everything was labeled with great instructions. The downstairs kitchen was a bonus!! The property owner was a 10 with communication from booking to check out. Very responsive. We have stayed at this complex before but this house is our favorite. Great for family/friends.

Great 2nd Stay!

This is the 2nd time we have booked and stayed at this property. It was just as great as the 1st time! Bambi is an excellent host and super fast communicator. Her property was super clean and very spacious for the 10 of us. Everything that's in the description is what you get. The location can't be beat! Looking forward to my 3rd stay at this property!

Always a blast!

This is the second time we stayed in the Villas. We rented both Villa #1 and #2 because we have a large group of friends. The Villa was exactly as described and always very clean. Bambi is a fantastic host and communicates very well. She responds quickly if you ever need her for anything. I would highly recommend staying here and will do it again. Thanks!

Beautiful Views & Amazing Place to Stay!

This was our best rental experience by far! The place was clean & accommodated all of our family & friends! There were tons of areas at the cabin to hang out & unwind on our short little vacation. We loved the downstairs kitchen/bar area, especially because it had a TV for the kick-off of football season. The cabin was in a gated community making us feel extra safe. There ended up being plenty of parking as well! It had a gorgeous view of the Guadalupe & we feel it was every bit worth the money! We will absolutely be booking here for next summer & cannot wait! 10 out of 10 experience!

River Trip

Loved the rental & location. Amenities were good and had all we needed for our stay. Enjoyed sitting in the top deck for coffee each morning & looking at the river. Only reconditions I would make is that several blinds didn’t work (the piece that turns the blinds was either broke or missing). Also, the property gate was always open which was a concern. One of the reasons we booked this rental was because it was listed as a gated community which was what we wanted with a group of girlfriends.

Thankful for my family gathering!

We had a great time and enjoyed the house along with the out door scenery. My son's enjoyed the fly fishing at the river this year. This was our third year on this property (different house ... same property). ❤

Gruene Wedding

We were in town for a wedding and it was so much easier to spend time with family including getting ready at the house instead of a hotel. River View and easy access. Large common area and very clean. It should be noted the downstairs bedroom is not accessible thru the main floor (in case you intend to put kids there), but you do not feel like you are removed from the main floor. The downstairs has a nice outdoor kitchen and bar making it perfect for entertaining. We would definetly use this property again.

Epic Weekend

We were beyond impressed with this setup! Beautiful house with everything we needed to enjoy a guys trip on the river. The downstairs second kitchen was awesome and we really enjoyed all the other guests in the community. The river access was great and we had no issues floating down to Lone Star.

Amazing

The picture do not do this cabin justice. This property was absolutely perfect for our group. We could sit on the either of decks and watch the river with our morning coffee. Then when everyone was up it was just a few steps down to the river to take a nice soak. Loved our stay and plan to do it again next summer.
