Oasis on the River is a privately owned and operated condominium on the Guadalupe River. With a total renovation in 2023, you will be destined to have an enjoyable and pleasant stay. The fully stocked modern kitchen will set the stage for any chef’s delight. No detail has been overlooking in the bedrooms, which have been decorated to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The living room is a perfect place to unwind, with a large smart TV equipped with cable for your entertainment. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds and features a smart TV for your convenience. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with an additional smart TV.

Not only does this property provide an amazing and comfortable stay – it also provides access to incredible amenities. With the Guadalupe River just steps away, you can enjoy waterfront views and activities. Our private Guadalupe river access can also be used as an exit point for floating which makes every trip extra convenient. We really enjoyed this place. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The two beds in one bedroom and the single in the other bedroom worked really well for us, and a plus for having two bathrooms. Since it’s low season, we pretty much had the pool to ourselves, which was nice. And it was nice to also have access to the river behind the property. The only thing was that communication between the property manager or owner seemed very automated. I texted some questions regarding suggestions for other river access areas to visit in the area and never got a response. All the texts received seemed like they were sent automatically, which was fine as long as we got all the info needed. But any specific questions/comments were not answered. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect end of summer get away

The condo was excellent for our quick end of summer trip to schlitterbahn. The condo is located just a few blocks from the east park so it was super convenient. The place was well equipped with everything you could possibly need! Only downside is that’s it’s on the 3rd floor.
