Spread out and make yourself at home in our thoughtfully designed kitchen, living room, master bedroom with a king bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed, and second guest bedroom with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed.

2. Fenced Backyard: For those looking to enjoy the great outdoors without leaving the property, our fenced backyard is a safe and spacious area for you to unwind. Whether you want to sip your morning coffee or have a family picnic, it's a fantastic space to relax and connect with nature.

3. Upstairs Balcony: Step outside to our lovely upstairs balcony for a breath of fresh country air. This spot is ideal for soaking in the sunset, stargazing, or simply enjoying a good book in a peaceful setting.

4. Driveway: The garage is not available for use. There is ample free street parking & access to a driveway. This neighborhood is not difficult to find a spot.

Awesome Place

I had a great time staying in new braunfels and at this property. The location is very secluded from road noise but still conveniently close to everything. The neighborhood is quite pretty and modern. The place was comfortable and had a very good layout. Would stay here again very soon and looking forward to my next NB trip!
