4BR/3BA Guadalupe River home just 1/4 mile North of the 2nd crossing on River Rd in New Braunfels, Tx.

Just a few minutes from antiques and shopping in downtown New Braunfels and Gruene.

From this 1/2 acre property enjoy the scenic cliff-side and beautiful 101 feet of private DIRECT RIVER ACCESS right out of the back door (only for use by renters of this home)!

Tube rental and shuttle service is provided just 100 yards away at Son's Guadalupe, and a little further at the Loan Star Float House. Flloating with these outfits allows you to float all the way back to the house or exit at a variety of places up and down the river.

This location is perfect for playing in the river or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. Also, if you enjoy live music, shopping and restaurants, the property is short drive to Whitewater Amphitheater & Gruene Hall.

If you get tired of playing in the river, 'Schlitterbahn', a wonderful water park is located in New Braunfels.

Amazing house and location

The house is well situated on the Guadalupe river and makes for a very relaxing and enjoyable place on the river with the cliffs as a backdrop.The house and property were clean, modern and good size for a large group/family. The property runs into the river with an easy walking to the river. Overall highly recommend the house and the area.

Spotlessly Clean, Wonderful Host

We had a small glitch getting in when we first arrived, but Cody was extremely responsive. The place was spotlessly clean. I really appreciate that. Everything has its place in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Too bad some guests don't follow those, because it makes it so much easier to find and to put away things. We really enjoyed ourselves.
