Place and cleanliness was good but staff was not hospital or friendly. They were there just bieng indifferent from the guests. If you talk they respond but stay flat face without smile.

The staff here go above and beyond! Upgraded my room without me asking , booked a super affordable hot air balloon ride for me, and were very kind and accommodating! The rooms are beautiful and well kept :)

Employees are friendly and the breakfast also good. Busy shopping area, restaurants and all tour/transportation services are within one or two block. No air condition, no fan in the room. We had to ask for toilet paper. No washer, dryer in the property. Good fit for my budget

Horrible experience

Please do not book this hotel for your stay in Goreme, you will really regret it. I went with my wife and two kids. (1 year old and 3 year old). They told us our room was in the basement. They did not have any infant cribs for child. It was a cold night, there was no heating even after asking for it. We all slept on the cold dusty floor. The next morning we went to breakfast around 8:45am, the waitress was standing in front of the buffet eating her gourmet eggs with tomatoes while most of the buffet bowls were empty. My kids ate a piece of cake. There were no eggs for us and most other bowls were empty. When other guests came in, she asked them if they wanted an egg omelette and started cooking it for them (we could see because the kitchen is right behind the buffet and there is no wall). After serving the guests coming after us, I approached her and asked why she didn’t ask my family and why everything was empty, she just smiled and said do you want an omelette too? We left hungry. We checked out of the hotel at 9:30am even though we paid for two nights. We asked for a refund after this horrible experience, they did not give it. We contacted hotels.com to help us, they communicated with this hotel but they still did not give us back our refund. We arrived at night and left in the morning but paid for two days which we did not get our money back for. Cannot believe how some people manage hotels and their customers, these are all fake reviews on their page.

The hotel is very good ,clean , quite, excellent breakfast.. No fridge inside the room,no AC,.the worst thing and the bad person in the hotel is the managerقادر,he treated us very bad,he want to charge me for my baby daughter 3 and 4 years only and also for the breakfast she don't accept to give breakfast to my baby I must pay extra for them.he told us i don't accept ur child in the hotel..كل شيء تمام و جيد ولكن المدير قادر لم أرى مثل اخلاقه السيئة و تعامله سيء جدا جدا معنا..لم يوافق على ان يتناولو اطفالي الفطور و اراد أن يأخذ فلوس زياده على اطفالي ٣ سنوات و ٤ سنوات..انصح بعدم النزول في الفندق فقط بسبب هذا المدير قادر و باقي الموظفين تعاملهم جدا رائع خصوصا seyid

I traveled in April 2019, and really choose a small hotel, without great expectation apart from finding a place to sleep after a long day of visiting. I was positively surprised to see that the rooms, were very clean and had all the necessary thing, a simple but nice decoration. It also had a heater, the towels heater, good internet connection in the rooms and it wasn’t too far from the main central road with all activities and felt very safe to walk at night. What really impressed me was the Manager of this place,Kadir, he went out of his way to make things happen( specially for the balloon flight ), he gave great recommendations on the place to visit and was extra helpful to book the tours, and he had an excellent customer service and kindness. I recommend the place and I would give Kadir a 5 stars for his service and help. Cheers Odile from Mauritius

Sumei and Morat were amazing, as were two people who cooked us breakfast (which was declious!) and kept the hostel spotless. Everyone went above and beyond to assist with yours, bookings, and shutttles. I travel with medication and they were very accomodating to ensure it was properly stored. The hotel is just a couple streets from the main streets of downtown. Everything you could want or need is within a 5 minute walk - very central. The town is very safe and accommodating to tourists. The food is delicious! Woood absolutely go back in a heartbeat - strongly recommended.

Land an eye- ball feast and breakfast buffet

I have not stayed in a dormitory for quite awhile but it is good to save some money ! The ad on Hotels .com is misleading because it says single room but you have to read further the next line says single room with four beds . Tricky ! Anyhow I have travelled around the world several times and stayed in many dorms . Great place to get information and enthusiasm ! So the breakfast buffet was big and great ! And the owner host always had smile on her face !

They messed up my shuttle transport and I had to beg a local citizen to help me arrange my way to the hotel from Kayseri airport. Location is great, but the same can be said to just about anything lodging in Goreme. The manager here is very friendly and nice, staff are great too but the hotel is simply too dark. There were times I tripped because I couldn't see, they need more lights!

Cosy, comfy, clean, place to stay.

My stay couldn´t be better in Capadocia, the place is with perfect conditions, super clean( not just apparently) , breakfast is ok they have different options of a Turkish breakfast, the bed was super comfy and the room cosy with a lot of space for every person (in the case you are sharing), the attention is super kind, helpful, I will just recommend to have a way where to contact them during the time they are not at reception, in case of emergencies ) apart of that is a perfect place to rest and start the day in the amazing Capadocia. Just recommend them to check the smell that comes from the tubes in the bathroom.
