I loved our stay here. Fantastic atmosphere and comfortable rooms especially the bed. the service from the staff was 5 star , they are only too happy to help. We were served a lovely breakfast each morning. There are amazing views from the outdoor balcony areas particularly in the mornings watching the balloons. A short walk downhill and back up from the main street with heaps of shops and restaurants. I’ll stay here again if I come back.

Our stay at Cappadocia Cave Suites was absolutely amazing! The cave rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and full of character — a perfect blend of history and luxury. The views from the terrace are breathtaking, especially at sunrise when the hot air balloons fill the sky. This is a great property with beautiful rooms and awesome views overlooking the city and valley. Breakfast was great, staff is very friendly and accommodating. There was a little construction going on outside our room which was somewhat annoying if you were trying to rest, but not a huge deal. We got luckly with going on our scheduled balloon ride since every prior day for a week was cancelled. We rented a car so were able to drive to surrounding sites like the open air museum (walkable), love valley, underground city etc. The staff provided us sandwiches early morning befire our drive to the airport which was totally unexpected but very thoughtful. Would recommend this property.

We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived and it was beautiful! The hotel organized a group shuttle for us from the airport which made it very easy. Amazing view of the balloons (people from other hotels kept coming over to ours to take photos).

This is a great hotel!

Loved everything about this hotel. It is carved into three natural chimneys. It's a bit of a maze but that adds to the charm. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast was great. Rooms are spacious. Loved my time there. Will repeat. Added bonus, rooftop terrace provides an excellent view of the balloons at sunrise. You can literally walk out of your room and enjoy the view.

Average room with lots to desire

Room is designed nicely in old style decor. However sofa is impossible to sit as it a 4 feet wide day bed and you always will not be able to rest on anything. Serious lack of table space, no desk, no drawers, no small stool or anything you can keep your stuff other than small entrance table with coffee machine. We were using the floor to put all or personal stuff. Very small vanity space to put your personal stuff

Everything about this property is amazing! It is so unique and made our stay in the area so memorable. The staff was very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. It is a quick walk into town where you will find tons of shops and amazing restaurants. Highly recommended!
