Located in Neuvecelle, this 64 m2, 3 roomed flat on the third floor of a building across the road from the beach, offers a great view of Lake Geneva and its beach.
The living area has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a TV. It has large windows and gives access to the balcony which has a small outside table and chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The first bedroom has two single beds, while the second has a 140cm double bed.
The bathroom has a bathtub and sink, the toilet is separate.

Evian harbour is only a 5 minute walk away, the town centre 10 minutes. Neuvecelle is a great place to stay, with several bars and restaurants on the lakeside and a large beach and lawn for picnics and swimming.
Evian, a famous destination in the Haute Savoie known for its thermal baths, and its location between lake Geneva and the Alps.
All year round one can find spa treatments, boat rides to Switzerland, beautiful museum exhibits and game nights at the Casino.
