Points positifs : -Appartement simple, efficace, fonctionnel-Emplacement idĂ©al -PropriĂ©taires joignables-RĂ©sidence disposant d'un ascenseur -Logement bien insonorisĂ© Points nĂ©gatifs :-!!! Stationnement !!! Le logement est louĂ© avec un stationnement mais il vous sera stipulĂ© qu'aprĂšs paiement que le garage ne convient que pour une "voiture citadine". Hors le stationnement est tout bonnement inutilisable, pour une voiture quelle qu'elle soit (peut convenir pour moto ou vĂ©los). Un litige concernant les stationnements semble opposĂ© les rĂ©sidents et locataires. Dans notre cas , il nous a Ă©tĂ© impossible d'utiliser le box dĂšs le premier jour (un vĂ©hicule faisant barrage devant notre box), et lorsque nous avons enfin pu utiliser ce box (tard le soir) , impossible de sortir notre voiture le deuxiĂšme jour Ă cause d'une autre berline stationnĂ©e empĂȘchant manoeuvres et sortie...PrĂ©cision importante : tout stationnement en dehors de la rĂ©sidence est payant, et ne peut ĂȘtre approvisionnĂ© que pour 2h maximum.-Literie : matelas TRĂS dur. Attention , avec le cadre de lit, gabarit de plus d'1m80 s'abstenir.-Pas de box internet donc pas de Wifi

Appartement trÚs confortable, calme, trÚs bien situé vis-à -vis du lac et des commerces, pour l'essentiel en accÚs piéton. Garage inclus, ce qui est trÚs appréciable. Accueil et relations trÚs agréable avec le propriétaire, jusqu'à un bouquet de fleurs fraßches !Nous étions logés au mieux pour un excellent séjour à visiter ce site magnifique ainsi que les vallées alentour.
