On the raised ground floor (5 steps), we find the spacious living room which has a kitchen open to the dining room with its pellet stove and a large relaxation lounge. Shower room with Italian shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, the night rooms are arranged in 4 bedrooms including a mezzanine (bed 160 / bed 140 & 90 / bed 140 / 3 beds 90). Bathroom with corner bathtub and separate toilet. In the countryside between Roannais and the Forez plain, Christelle & Édouard welcome you to their spacious and comfortable gîte. Here, you'll enjoy the lovely outdoor spaces to play with your family, relax on a sun lounger, or simply enjoy the landscaped courtyard, the pétanque court, the swing, the swimming pool (4x5 - unheated - open from June to September), the spa (6 places), and more. The accommodation opens onto a spacious living area combining modern decor and amenities with characterful restorations (French ceilings, wooden beams, stone walls, etc.). To make your stay even more enjoyable, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made upon your arrival! Horse boarding is available 300m from the cottage.
