Côté Cour - Villecheneve

Gîte located 2 km from the lovely village of Villecheneve in the Monts du Lyonnais area, in hamlet consisting of a few houses including that of the owner and his farm shed. It is set in a former family farm building typical of the region (totally renovated in 2022), below a small country road. This large house also includes a 2nd gîte for 6 people. Every accommodation has separate entry and grounds. The 2 gîtes can be groupped to provide accommodation for 12 people (internal connecting door). The gîte 'Côté Cour' is accessed via a wooden gate that opens onto a covered area, then a large courtyard with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and further the Monts du Forez. Spacious and confortable interior, tastefully renovated. On the ground floor (the whole has disabled access, except laundry room) : living room with kitchen area, dining area, lounge area (double sofa bed). Laundry room (including washing machine and deep freeze), accessed via 2 stairs. Hall (closet wardrobe). 1 bedroom (double bed). Shower room. Separate Wc. Upstairs : small hall leading to 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Outdoors : private enclosed courtyard (not overlooked) with garden furniture, covered area and parking area. Many walks possible from the cottage. Medieval leisure park 13 km away.

The vacation home features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
