It includes 2 adjoining gîtes, each one for 4 people (1 bedroom). Owner's home on site, in another wing of building. Porch to enter the property, shared courtyard. Each accommodation is accessed via shared hall (3 steps for access or gentle slope). Gîte 'St Raphaël' is comfortable and well laid-out. Contemporary decoration. All accommodation is on the ground floor (1 step to enter). Entrance in the living room (fully fitted kitchen area, dining area, lounge area with double sofa bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room (walk-in shower, washbasin, Wc). Travel cot on request. Bed linen and towels supplied. Laundry room shared by the 2 accommodations (washing machine). Outdoors : private terrace with garden furniture (2 steps for access).
