Friendly and efficient check-in process. The price was economical. The parking lot was clean and well maintained. The room was clean and spacious. The bed area had wood flooring, and the king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a tiled shower and was adequate. The AC was COLD and kept us comfortable. NO additional charge for our pet. The owners check us out and were very friendly. They inquired about our stay including the quality of our sleep. We would stay here again. This is an excellent Red Roof Inn.
We needed a nice place to sleep for the night in Needles, enroute to LA. The hotel management is busy updating and making lots of improvements. The room was very clean and the free breakfast was appreciated! Great staff - very professional and accommodating, especially Rom, the manager.
The room was clean and well taken care of with extremely friendly and helpful staff. They offered to make coffee in the evening when we got back from dinner. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. Internet is a bit slow for uploading, but good enough to check emails.
Very courteous welcome late at night. Accommodated me in a non smoking room. Room was clean and well made. Pleasant stay. Thanks! Continental breakfast was well presented and varied. Be aware that trains pass by during the night. This the case for all hotels along this stretch of old Route 66.
Very clean room with nice new hardwood floor nice cold air conditioning you can control friendly staff and best of all great great price bed was spacious and comfortable woke up refreshed good shower spray worked out perfect to stay at and had garbage can in corner of lot to empty car trash and ice machine was easy to get to everything I like they nailed it!
It was a pleasure to stay in Red Roof. I was traveling with 4 friends, and we got large room with two bathrooms in excellent price. The room was clean and beds were really comfy. Roni, who was working in the hotel, was super nice and really helpful. It was a pleasure to stay in this place!
I'm baffled by the good reviews; I guess we all judge by different things. So many issues: bugs inside the front door, filthy shower curtain, black mold (?) where grouting had come out in shower, chipped and marred furniture, loud AC, next to train tracks, junk all over property, no green space to walk dogs AT ALL. We could not wait to get out of there. On the bright side - very nice young man staffing the front desk.
Wow very good place nice and quiet clean room I like to go back again and other thing reasonable price. Air conditioner work very well I recommend my friends family too big hotel u pay big box and u have all the facilities
I made reservations that were not honored. Following that fiasco, the front desk staff was so disrespectful and refused to help even though the fault was theirs. Do not waste your money, there are other hotels near this one. I wish I would have looked around, but I was so tired from driving more than 12 hours. The rooms were decent looking, but there was an approximately 2 inch crack underneath the door where bugs were crawling in and scaring my daughters throughout the night. I was also told I would possibly get a military discount but "it is a holiday weekend and we can't honor it".
I almost didn't book this Red Roof Inn, because the price was so much lower than the others in the same neighborhood. On my trip through Needles a week earlier, I had paid three times the price at a chain across the street. We were delighted to find this place. We wanted a clean place to stay for one night on a long road trip on I-40. The comfort level was just what we needed: clean bathroom, clean linens, comfortable bed with supportive mattress, and a working air conditioner *with no funky motel smell*! We weren't look for a place to hang out as a home base during a longer visit to Needles. I am rating this Excellent as a budget motel, not comparing it to the Four Seasons. I am sure the prices was low because they weren't spending money on the things I didn't need. The amount of soap, shampoo, and tissues were the bare minimum, but the front desk folks had offered to supply more if we wanted. We didn't need any. The floor showed signs of a remodel in progress, but that caused us no problems. If it had, I would have approached the innkeepers to see how they could apply their No-Hassle guarantee. The innkeepers were energetically helpful and friendly. They recommended some places for dinner after we arrived, and they repeated that we should approach them with anything unsatisfactory about our room. We didn't try the free breakfast, as we were eager to hit the road, but the innkeepers happily filled my travel mug with coffee while we were checking out.
