From here, step into the home and immediately be captivated by the floor-to-ceiling windows framing the reservoir views and the expansive open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The heated concrete floors keep the home warm and modern, and a sliding door leads out to the huge deck, complete with a fire pit and seating for outdoor gatherings and barbecues.

The primary suite on the main floor features a king bed, blackout curtains, a large ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to wake up to stunning views of the water and mountains.
