The vacation apartment Val de Ruda 31 is a beautiful accommodation situated in a newly built residential complex, "Val de Ruda", located at the foot of the ski runs at the 1500 metres elevation mark in Baqueira. The apartment is right beside the gondola exit, making ski runs access unsurpassable. It is the ideal accommodation for your holidays with friends or family.

It offers a spacious open plan lounge-dining room with kitchenette, three bedrooms and two fully fitted bathrooms. It has been decorated with great taste following a classic yet cosy style. On entering the apartment we find the lounge where there is an L-shape comfortable sofa facing the fireplace. To the left, we find the kitchenette, totally equipped with high quality electrical appliances as well as complete kitchenware. The dinning table is situated between the kitchenette and the large windows as well as the French door with direct access to the terrace. It is a beautiful wooden table for up to 6 people where you"ll be able to enjoy unforgettable evenings during your holidays. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower cubicle. The two other bedrooms have two single beds each and share the second bathroom of the apartment, fitted with a bath tub.

Val de Ruda 31 also offers Wi-Fi Internet system and two parking spacea and a heated ski equipment room within the same building (included in the price).

Solo un problema, pero importante.

El alojamiento está perfecto. El único fallo es que la empresa que lo gestiona solo nos facilitó una tarjeta de acceso al parking y teníamos dos coches. La tarjeta estaba en el alojamiento. Para entrar el primer día en el parking había que hacerlo con un código que nos habían proporcionado y que no funcionaba. Los siguientes días, con una única tarjeta solo podía salir o entrar al parking un coche. Pedí soluciones a la empresa y me facilitaron un código que tampoco funcionaba. Afortunadamente, los empleados del parking nos hicieron el favor de darnos un código válido, aunque haciendo hincapié en que no eran ellos los que tenían que solucionar ese problema. Salvo este pequeño-gran inconveniente (que nos hubiera dificultado bastante la estancia), el alojamiento es perfecto: cómodo, práctico y muy completo.
