Very nice friendly hotel only stayed 1 night as we had an early flight didnt get chance to sample breakfast but wasnt offered any coissants etc to take with us but on the whole a nice experience i would stay here again
We've had a 1-night reservation and due to bad weather we had to precede our arrival to Vilnius. Upon a phone call a room was found for us (for two nights). Reception service is kind and helpful, location is excellent (up to 10 mins by foot to most places), plenty of parking and a very good breakfast. Oh and the bathroom, what a huge bath (fits 2 inside)!
Beyond pleasantly surprised with this little gem! Trip Advisor already convinced me it was good but I didn't imagine THIS good! A great, friendly welcome followed by a large, spacious, well-equipped room. The bed was lovely, ad was the shower water pressure. Breakfast is amazing! Fresh fruit, meats, bread as well as specially prepared pankakes and omelettes - all delivered to you with beautiful Lithuanium morning smiles! I suppose if I had to find fault it would be they don't have a kettle in the rooms which I missed after a hard days sightseeing!
Chose this hotel as a base for the visit and was not disappointed at all. The hotel is comfortable and welcoming in a quiet side street but convenient being only a 10 minute walk into the Senamiestis area and 15-20 walk from the bus and train station. The twin room was very clean and spacious with a walk in shower. Tea and coffee facilities were not available in the room but staff were more the happy to provide it to be taken into the room. There is air con as well as a minibar in the room The breakfast area is small but comfortable. The choice of breakfast available was varied and ample to set you up for the day. We ate out in the evenings so can’t comment on other meals provided by the hotel. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. We prearranged private taxi transport to and from the airport through the hotel when making the booking. We paid the taxi firm direct, 17€ on arrival and 15€ when departing ??
The Hotel Rinno is located on a side street southwest of Town Hall Square, about 25 minutes' walk. Given that most of the tourist attractions are further north, it's a little out-of-the way. It is, however, fairly close to the bus and train stations for day trips and connections to the airport. There is a bar next door to the hotel--some of the hotel rooms are actually over the bar. That can be a little noisy early in the evening. The rooms are charming, with the look of a 19th Century railway hotel. There are plenty of spare electrical outlets for recharging your gadgets. The bathroom has a good shower stall and features a heated towel rack. We had plenty of space to store our gear for a four-day stay. There is no restaurant in the hotel. That's not much of a problem in Vilnius, but we arrived at night, after an exhausting journey; a meal inside the hotel would have been a welcome option. The breakfast buffet has all the cold foods you might want for breakfast, including a few unexpected treats such as chocolate cookes and cupcakes. Egg dishes and crepes (sweet or savory) are prepared to order by the staff.
Quite simply the nicest and friendliest hotel I experienced in 3 weeks of travelling in the Baltic countries. Had the feel of a very fancy boutique hotel, without the pretensiousness or the price tag. Very convenient location: a stones throw from major bus and tram routes, and a very pleasant walk from Old Town or the train station. Great breakfast, comfortable and quiet room, ...what more could I ask?!
This hotel is located on an alley with very limited parking. Because it is on an alley, there is very little street noise. It probably is not the best location, but neither is it very far from most attractions. Rooms were small as befits a boutique type hotel. Breakfast was average but sufficient. All staff were helpful and polite
I was one of 5 football fans attending an international football match and making the most of the break by staying for 4 nights in Hotel Rinno. The reception we received on arrival was first class; we could not have been made more welcome. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly and pleased to chat to us but never 'pushy'. The hotel is small but rooms were pleasant, of a decent size, spotlessly clean and well serviced. Breakfast provides a good range of fruits, breads, cereals, yogurts, juices, hot drinks, cold meats, cheeses etc. Best of all was the omelettes, cooked to order with ham, cheese or sausage. The perfect start to the day. The bar was available 24 hours (not that we used it much except for a late night, final refreshment). The location is also excellent, 10 minutes walk from the city centre, in a quiet part of the city with no passing traffic. It suited our needs perfectly. Thanks to the staff for a most pleasant stay.
You'd want all 3* hotels to be as this one. Spacious room, a good bed, fridge with afforable drinks, good shower, toilet with bidet, super breakfast, well located for visiting the old town center and private parking if free places in front of the hotel are occupied. Only disadvantage was the noise from the pub right below our window till very late. Don't know if that was due to the invasion of the Scottish soccer legion else better ask for a room at the back.
It was our second stay in Rinno. We spent only one night this time but I can say: keep it as it is because it is very good. Location - just 5 minutes from the heart of the city. Very good rooms for nice price. Very good breakfast with a possibility to order excellent omlet or fried eggs. Price and quality - excellent match
