I can't say enough about this hotel. We were there for a business meetings and the hotel service was unbelievably good. First they provided each room with a local mobile phone to call the hotel when we are out as they provided free drop and pickup service to any place till 10 pm.. for the meetings we had the breakfast, lunch and breaks served by the hotel's kitchen.. the food was always a fine dining quality.. me and my colleagues used to anxiously wait for the breaks and lunches to see what did the chef made for us. All staff were great to work with and they made sure that we enjoyed our experience at every moment. This was one of my best experiences ever and I have traveled over 20 countries staying at the best of hotels.

We just stayed 4 days & 3 nights in Anantara Angkor. This is an excellent hotel to stay if you are visiting Siem Reap. Room and bed is big and comfortable. The swimming pool is warm all the time, though it is not heated. There is happy hour daily from 6.30pm - 7.30pm, where guests can have free flow of beer, white wine or red wine. The hotel arranges free transport (car or tuk tuk) for guests to move around. The most compelling reason to stay in this hotel is the service. The service is really really tip top. From our stay, it is evident that they will try their best to meet every request from their guests as far as possible. It's hard to find words to describe their excellent service. So, I can only say that you have to stay in this hotel to experience it for yourself. Thanks to Sheldon, Nuy, Mey, Dam, Lyfung and many many others (whose names we didnt take note of) for the excellent service ! Because of this first time experience in an Anantara resort, we now look forward to staying in other Anantara properties when we travel.

We loved it here! Upon arrival they took us to the spa and washed our feet in a bowl of water with floating flowers. The room was clean and very comfortable with beautiful linens on the bed, a plate of fruit, bottled water and other snacks. The staff was beyond attentive to every spoken and unspoken need. There is a lovely happy hour in the evening. The food in the restaurant was delicious and beautifully prepared. Free unlimited tuktuk service was a tremendous benefit. It made our stay in Siem Reap a wonderful experience.

This was my best hotel experience. The rooms are spacious, with hug bed and well equipped with high quality amenities, including a coffee machine with choice of coffee flavours. The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderfully, very polite and helpful, attentive with personal touch. Although we are on vegetarian diet, the meal was terrific, variety of dishes, salad bar, sushi bar, dessert and fruits. The desserts was very yummy, I was looking forward for the dessert at very meal. A special feature is the local mobile phone provides in very room. Making it easy for us to contact the hotel for help and contact with our teammates when we were out. Specially thanks to the pastry Chef for his efficient and excellent job in making a birthday cake for my friend on her special day. I requested it during breakfast and a very beautiful cake was presented during lunch time, well done and thank you Chef. To everyone we met at Anantara Angkor, thank you very much for your warm welcome and hospitality, making our stay a memorable one.

This was my best hotel/resort stay. It was so comfortable and cozy. The service was attentive with a personal touch. Meals were so yummy especially the desserts. Although I am not a dessert person I looked forward to the desserts for every meal.

Overall it was a great stay in the resort with clean, nice environment and very attentive staff who take care of each individual. Food is great and varieties change everyday... I specially like the desserts

Excellent hospitality and support provided. Our success and members satisfactions was supported fully through-out the 6 days stay at Anantara Siem Reap. We arrive on 31 AUG - 5 SEP'17. The only set back was no big hall to accommodate our 65 members capacity. However the Resort make alternative arrangements with Ree Hotel Events Hall to facilitate our workshop sessions. The staffs and ground crews were very professional and sincere in their care, service and hospitality.

The Resort is very beautiful & it has a salty swimming pool. The room is clean & very comfortable. The staff is committed & attentive in providing gd services. The food in the restaurant was very yummy . We had a wonderful stay!

We came as a huge group of about 65 people, which packed almost the whole hotel. We were welcome with a lotus flower, towel and a glass of iced lemongrass drink each upon arrival. I stayed at a Terrace Suite which came with a mini plunge pool where one could dip legs in while relaxing by the outdoor deck with a cuppa made from the Nespresso automatic coffee machine in the room. The room was spacious and tastefully designed. There was also complimentary Cambodian krama for each of us which came in use when we went out in the hot weather. There was a Nokia mobile phone in the room where one can easily contact the hotel or neighbouring rooms even when outside. It made one easy to contact other friends from other rooms when outside the hotel. Bed was turned nightly with fruit and delicious dessert provided daily in the room. Felt that the pillows were pretty soft and requested for the hard type from the pillow menu. Was provided with 2 more different kinds of pillows which filled us with satisfaction. The vegetarian cuisine provided by the hotel was delicious with dishes such as jackfruit curry, blossom peanut salad, maki roll, zucchini corn waffle, and jackfruit sticky rice. Tried the Anantara Facial at its in-house Anantara Spa. It started with a Floral Foot Ritual. The facial was relaxing and comfortable with some massage on the legs , head and shoulder areas. The room was quite nice and comfortable which also accommodate my partner which was having the Traditional Khmer Massage. We were served hot ginger tea and cut fruit as refreshment. The complimentary drop off and pickup service was great. We went in a MPV which fitted the 5 of us nicely with the staff right on time to pick us up.

Stayed there for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. It’s more a kind of boutique hotel but definitely 5 star. The rooms are very nice and the Chi restaurant is outstanding. Likely some of the best Asian food I ever had in South East Asia. I also booked my 2 tours via the hotel and was very happy with the guides and with the overall experience. The treatments in the SPA were excellent too. But the absolute highlight is their staff. Really everybody is very friendly attentive and cares for you. They really make you want to come back.
