Here is a rate for my stay here.
*Check in: 8 the person whom checked us in wasn't rude or anything like that but his dimeaner made for a very awkward silence.
*Room: 5 At first glance the room seemed fine. Although the bed was made, the floors and mirrors were pretty dirty and unkept. The sink sprayed water outwards 4 ft anytime we turned it on. The bathtub wasn't really clean the drain had sludge just sitting in it nearly to the top which caused the water to immediately back up into the tub and not drain. We spotted about 10-12 roaches during our stay crawling around our stuff.
*Staff/housekeeping: The first morning housekeeping came to our room was pleasant and friendly conversation. Though our second morning (check out day) was the opposite at 11 am staff came to our door rudely telling us it was checkout time, our checkout time wasn't until noon. Which we tried to explain but the person wasn't interested in hearing that and went to get the manager which also came with such rude attitude kpeeking through the window of our room then began banging on our room window, my husband went to the door and spoke to the man when wa a bit loud and having a fritz my husband tried to show him our reservations and the iltime for us to checkout which was noon and at this time it was 11:52, we were almost completely packed and loaded i was using the restroom before we got on the road , when the last interaction with the staff occured. It was a very unpleasant incounter.
