Hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great! The hotel itself appears to be frequented by construction workers in the area so there’s a rough grittiness to it. Wasn’t dirty but also wasn’t as clean as some. Rust on door frames. Dirty elevator. Pretty sure all hotels in this area are identical…3 stars at best only because the staff was great!!

I would actually rate this a 3.5, it’s better than a 3 but not quite a 4. The employees were friendly and the room clean but you only had 2 small drawers for your clothes and you had to ask for a blow dryer. The breakfast was as awesome.

The staff was very professional and courteous. The room was clean and ready for occupancy. The hotel is a great place with reasonable parking, but limited handicapped spaces, and easy access to the city. Our only concern was the sponginess and instability of the flooring. This may be due to water damage.

The hotel was short staffed so the ruin wasn’t ready in time for check in. So we were forced to wait in the lobby with a toddler and a baby after a long day on the road. The staff was friendly, but it seemed like there was little they could do to help. It was so stressful.
