Um bom hotel. A estrutura do quarto é modesta mas atende bem para que não for muito exigente (que é o meu caso). Cama boa, travesseiro um pouco alto, para o meu gosto. Quarto espaçoso. Banheiro ok, com chuveiro elétrico, mas esquenta bem. TV Smart, bom ar condicionado. Só o frigobar que estava um pouco antigo, mas gelou minha água. Funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. Café da manhã normal de hotel, com variedade de frutas e coisas doces (bolos, pães recheados...). Me atendeu. A localização é ótima. Bem pertinho da praia de Ponta Negra. Se um dia eu retornar a Natal, me hospedaria novamente pelo custo benefício.

Café da manhã muito bom e com diversas opções e tudo fresquinho. Localização excelente, só descer a rua e em poucos metros já está na praia de ponta negra, limpeza na média, devevriam trocar as toalhas todos os dias, lá só troca dias alternandos. Piscina achei que precisa de uma manutenção, nâo condiz com as fotos. Em geral foi uma boa estadia.

Foi a terceira vez que nos hospedamos no Alimar Hotel. O Atendimento é sempre bom. Café da manhã muito bom. Gostaria de fazer um comentário sobre a parte de infraestrutura, pois no quarto onde ficamos o chuveiro está bem velho e a água caía com certa dificuldade. Na parte da piscina, nas outras vezes em que fomos a cascata estava funcionando e deixava a piscina muito bonita. Mas dessa vez a mesma estava desativada. Do mais, foi bom voltar! Recomendo pelo custo benefício!

Triste Estadia...

Tive a infelicidade de ficar o primeiro dia em um quarto de nr 107,que na manha seguinte acordei com um cheiro forte de gordura de cozinha,pois o quarto tinha o ar condicionado proximo da cozinha acordei com falta de ar ,devido uma efisema pulmonar ,no dia seguinte me mudaram de quarto, e no outro dia fui pra um quarto ate o finsl da minha estadia .A salvação foi um recepcionista de nome ....que Lembro : solidário e atencioso que foi resolvendo o impasse de forma satisfatória....

O hotel fica super bem localizado, dando para ir a pé a praia de Ponta Negra. A equipe foi maravilhosa, super educados e prestativos. Check in super rápido e check out também. O café da manhã estava ótimo, super sortido e tudo novinho e quentinho. O quarto que fiquei tinha um bom tamanho e estava reformado, porém o banheiro era antigo e as louças tanto da pia quanto do vaso estavam trincadas. Azulejo na parede do banheiro bem antigo, da década de 1980, somente o piso era novo. A cama era razoável, o colchão um pouco desconfortável. No geral indico o hotel pela localizacao e pelos funcionários maravilhosos que possui.

Apenas uma noite, muito bem recepcionado. Na hora do check como o quarto reservado nao estava pronto, de imediato fizeram um up grade. O unico ponto negativo e o local que foi instalado o ar condicionado, nao tem como deixar ligado, tem que colocar uma peça que possa direcionar o mesmo. Fora isso tudo excelente

O quarto em si é bom. Porém o Wifi é horrível, TV pequena, com poucos canais. Na minha reserva tinha café da manhã incluso, quando fui sair tive que pagar o café. Tinha mais 2 casais saindo igual comigo e também disseram que na reserva tinha incluso e tiveram que pagar também. Pretendia voltar mais vezes, mas depois dessa, nao voltarei ao Hotel.

Estadia de boa para ótima

Gostei de me hospedar no hotel Alimar, bom cafe da manhã, porem sem muita variedade, bom atendimento dos funcionários, o quarto é bom porém tem algumas melhorias a serem feitas, adorei a localização pois era perto de tudo, a estrutura do hotel também é legal pois tinham ping pong,sinuca e outros jogos.

Sinta-se em casa,como eu.

O hotel é muito aconchegante,limpo e bem localizado. Os funcionários muito capacitados,educados e prestativos. A cozinha é representada por excelentes profissionais que preparam um dos melhores café da manhã de Natal,apenas para constar o nome de Gorete e Elayne. Enfim recomendo pela qualidade dias profissionais,do hotel,do preço, distância para a praia ,tudo excelente. A gerente Herlinda é altamente competente e simpática e destacando, também o nome do recepcionista Francisco, pessoa da melhor qualidade.

Hotel bem localizado porém cama de casal antiga, colchão desconfortável, pia do banheiro entupida e durante a hospedagem fizeram obra nos quartos do andar com barulho de quebrar parede às 8h da manhã e isso por 2 dias seguidos. Café razoavel, funcionários precisam de treinamento durante o café algumas entravam falando alto e contando suas vidas pessoais, mas a gerente é a pior , mal educada, entrava e saia dos locais sem dar um bom dia ou Boa tarde os hóspedes. Daí entendi o comportamento de alguns funcionários.

Sehr gute Lage, nahe am Strand Ponta Negra. Schöne gepflegte Gartenanlage mit Pool. Spielgeräte für Gross und Klein. Sensationelles Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gratiscafé mit Keksen im Empfangsbereich. Unsere erste Nacht war unerträglich laut. Von 02.15 Uhr bis 05.00 Uhr diskutierten und telefonierten in der Rezeption mehrere Personen lauthals. Ein dreimaliges Reklamieren brachte nichts. Der diensthabende Rezeptionist war selber an den stundenlagen Diskussionen beteiligt. Diese höchst unangenehme Vorkommnisse haben wir am Morgen beim Tagdienstrezeptionisten gemeldet. Daraufhin konnten wir rasch und unkompliziert das Zimmer in einen ruhigen Bereich wechseln.
