Hotel is far from the airport (50 real cab fare), but there just didnt seem to be any hotels closer. also the walls are paper thin(almost all walls in brazilian hotels are) and you can hear the next rooms TV clearly. Very friendly and helpful staff though

Otimo atendimento da equipe, o café da manhã poderia melhorar, localização excelente, higienização dos quartos e dos demais ambientes do hotel, muito boa. Quartos grandes e arejados, ar funcionando em perfeito estado, apenas o sinal de Wi-fi no terceiro andar que é muito fraco. No mais, gostamos muito da nossa estadia no Lumar.

O hotel só possui 11 vagas para carro e quando chegamos para o check in fomos informados pelo atende dente que não tinha mais vaga. Quando solicitamos onde deveríamos estacionar o atendente, com arrogância e sem cordialidade, informou que deveríamos estacionar na rua, quando informei que não tinha vaga perguntamos qual seria a opção e o atendente ironizou dizendo que nós poderia fazer nada. A roupa de cama e banho muito ruim. O café da manhã muito fraco com poucas opções. Hotel sem elevador e com ninguém para ajudar com as malas. Muito barulhento pois com pessoas conversando alto e música à noite/madrugada toda inteira.

Fomos surpreendidos com uma cobrança pelo estacionamento no valor de R$ 30,00 por diária. Ficamos no terceiro piso, tendo que subir e descer escadas todas as vezes, pois o acesso a rampa estava fechado. Tudo era pago, desde um travesseiro a tolhas para piscina.

Um transtorno, peguei um quarto para quatro pessoas… Cama quebrada, cansado da viagem ainda teve que ajudar na troca pois não tinha funcionário suficiente! Algo que eles poderiam evitar verificando o quarto antes de entregar. Ar-condicionado muito fraco para o tamanho do quarto, passamos calor! Chegamos no hotel as 19 hrs e fizemos o check in e infelizmente no outro dia fui perguntar se O poderia estender um pouco o checkout e falaram que não! Sendo que n passei nem 24hrs no hotel e querendo.

O administração está fazendo melhorias em vários detalhes, mas no geral é um bom hotel com quarto confortável e cama boa. Café da manhã simples mas saboroso.
