O ponto forte da hospedagem é, sem dúvida, a equipe. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente educados, prestativos e atenciosos durante toda a estadia. Por outro lado, a limpeza dos quartos deixou bastante a desejar. Foi possível perceber acúmulo de sujeira embaixo da cama, poeira em algumas paredes e uma limpeza muito superficial do ambiente. Mesmo solicitando a arrumação diária do quarto, o serviço se limitava basicamente à organização da cama e a uma limpeza rápida. Outro ponto negativo foi a televisão do quarto, que não funcionava adequadamente durante a estadia. O café da manhã também ficou abaixo das expectativas. Além de ter poucas opções, a qualidade dos itens oferecidos poderia ser melhor. Também é importante que futuros hóspedes fiquem atentos às cobranças adicionais. Alguns itens e serviços são cobrados à parte, como a utilização de toalhas na área da piscina. Outro ponto que me causou desconforto foi a questão do check-out. Pouco depois do meio-dia recebi contato da hospedagem questionando se eu prolongaria a estadia, com cobrança adicional em caso de permanência. Ao questionar sobre a adequação aos novos critérios aplicáveis ao setor de hospedagem, não obtive um esclarecimento satisfatório por parte da propriedade. Apesar desses pontos, o quarto é confortável e o atendimento da equipe merece reconhecimento. Com melhorias na limpeza, no café da manhã e em alguns aspectos operacionais, a experiência poderia ser muito mais satisfatória.

Começando pelo check-in, logo veio uma surpresa desagradável, pois o estacionamento é pago e na página de consulta a informação é que o "estacionamento está disponível sem manobrista" e num outro link de detalhes é q vem a informação da cobrança, ou seja, uma pegadinha. O quarto é bom e amplo, porém mal zelado e com cheiro de mofo, que nos incomodou bastante. Um ponto positivo é que para qualquer informação ou necessidade, o sistema via whats funciona bem. O café da manhã é muito deficiente, com frutas mal selecionadas e com cheiro desagradável, café de qualidade ruim, buffet mal posicionado, apenas uma opção de suco e pouca variedade e falha na reposição dos itens servidos, apesar da simpatia da equipe de serviço. Limpeza do quarto realizada em dias alternados e até aí tudo bem, mas a limpeza é mal feita deixando a sensação de que ficou pior do que estava. Roupa de cama sem cobertor e uso de lençol rasgado, além de toalhas de banho de péssima qualidade. Não fiquei satisfeito e ainda mais indignado por ter levado a família para um lugar como esse de baixíssima qualidade. Não voltaria nem de graça e o valor cobrado é extremamente alto para o padrão oferecido.

Reservei dois quartos e um dos quartos alagou. Escorria água da chuva pela parede e entrava água pela varanda tbm. No outro quarto a torneira estava quebrada vasando água. A piscina estava suja e não tinha quem limpasse. Fui com meus filhos e eles nem aproveitou a piscina. No café da manhã, estávamos comendo e quando deu 10:00 a funcionária gritou em alto e bom som que não ia mais servir nada e começou a recolher tudo. Mesmo ainda cheio de hóspedes inclusive eu e minha família. Precisei de um garfo que o meu tinha caído no chão e essa funcionaria saiu falando que estava no intervalo deles e que por isso o rapaz tinha recolhido os talheres! Eu nunca vi em todos os hotéis que já fui, recolher até os talheres antes dos hóspedes saírem do local e muito menos falar que estava no intervalo deles e expor em alto e bom som os hóspedes desta maneira! Por tanto, deixo aqui o meu descontentamento com o Hotel Lunar!

Quarto espaço porém precisando de reforma, só o chuveiro era bom, mas precisa reformar os rejuntes do banheiro. Net sem a minima chance de usar, inclusive a tv não pega e só tem dois canais abertos. Café da manhã bem fraco. Cobram td a parte; pedi dois travesseiros a mais e tive que pagar uma tx simbólica; cobram também toalha pra usar na piscina , que tbm precisa de reforma, varias partes quebradas. Só salva o hotel a simpatia da sra Vagma do café, muito atenciosa.. Mas só ela tbm. Maior parte dos funcionários com mal humor. Localização boa e só.
