-Spacious parlor with poker/game table, chesterfield sofa, two barrel chairs w/ ottomans and smart tv
-Fully stocked kitchen including spices, oil, flour, sugar, baking soda, pancake mix and syrup
-Dining room with cushioned seating for 6

Both homes are private yet steps from each other.

Located in Historic Murfreesboro enjoy the historic homes lining Main Street as you walk to the town square. Walking distance to downtown market, stores, shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars, desserts, dancing, live music, free museum, community center with gym, pool, tennis, raquetball, basketball, pickleball and gym classes for a low fee, churches, MTSU, seasonal farmer's market and summer months first Friday live music concerts.

None of the bedrooms share a mutual wall with another bedroom making each room private.
Please be respectful of the neighbors quiet hours 10pm-8am, no smoking, no animals, no parties or events. There will be a $200 fine EACH for the following smoking, unregistered pet, noise complaints or party/event.
