Very easy walk to the Gulch and Broadway. The apartment was spotless! We would highly recommend this location!

Wonderful property, we would definitely stay here again. It was an easy walk to the Gulch and to Broadway, Uber was decently priced to get us downtown or back when we didn’t feel like the walk. The bed was amazing, so spacious and comfortable.

Excellent Stay

Very nice and cozy space. Premium linens used which was a huge plus. Communication with Christy was amazing. Will definitely use again next year.

A quiet place to stay in a very busy town…

Our stay was great on Music Row. I was initially concerned about the noise levels, but there were no issues at all. While there was some construction, the noise was minimal. The sound machines supplied near the bed were wonderful and the beds were super comfy. Christy was a great communicator and any need we had was met promptly. The only thing we wish we had more of was kitchen space and supplies, as we prefer to cook versus going out for meals. All in all, we’ll be back in the future!

Nice Stay at "The Vinyl"

Pros: Great communication with the owner and she was quick to respond to questions/concerns via text. good location close to Vanderbilt, the Gulch, and downtown Nashville (10-30 minute walk). The area was quiet on the weekend, but there is lots of construction in the area so daytime during the week was a bit noisy. Comfortable bed, quality towels and toilet paper in the bathroom. body wash/shampoo/lotion/dixie cups were provided (great if you are flying and are limited on liquids in your carryon bag). A few snacks and coffee pods were provided (there is a nice coffee shop/cafe just down the street too) Cons: there isn't countertop space in the kitchen to actually prepare a meal (pots/pans/baking sheets/cutting board/etc to make a meal are provided). Only 4 cups/plates/silverware/etc so plan to wash dishes if eating in. Small bathroom. Also, this wasn't an issue for us, but there are multiple flights of stairs to get in/out of the unit. Would definitely consider staying again if we return to Nashville.

Great trip!

We enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for a family of 3! Property was just as described. Close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville.

Girls trip to Nashville

My two adult daughters and I booked this apartment for a weekend getaway. Everything was perfect- exactly as the listing described, in a good / safe location. We loved the outdoor space to sit, relax and share a glass of wine!
