Exceptional property. From the delightful decor to the comfortable furnishings, Jason has left no stone unturned in outfitting this accommodation. The little extras like the basket of snacks on the counter, the drinks and filtered water in the frig, and nice selection of teas made our stay extra special. I highly recommend.

Jason's place is wonderful. It is exactly as pictured only better. The little extras like snacks, coffee, and toiletry products were a really nice touch. The location is a short walk to downtown with many bars and restaurants nearby. The space is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. I would love to stay here again if I am back in Nashville.

The Carriage House is stylish, comfortable, clean, and well located. It was a great place to stay for a night out in East Nashville. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood felt very safe when we walked to dinner nearby. Jason was a fantastic host, adding some very nice personal touches. I highly recommend the Carriage House and hope to return!

We absolutely loved our stay, it exceeded all expectations and made our trip to Nashville even more special. It was the perfect sized property for two people. Very well equipped - everything had been thought about. The location was great for us - easy access to the buzz of the city but a very peaceful neighbourhood to stay in. We really enjoyed walking to Urban Cowboy for cocktails. Parking & laundry were both excellent. Jason was a very responsive host and sorted any little issues. A perfect stay!

Quiet, Great Place in Nashville

This was such a quiet, peaceful apartment in Nashville and such a great place to stay. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and it had every amenity we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

Nashville Getaway for Concert

My dearest gal pal and I stayed at this VRBO for two nights as a part of our stay in Nashville for a concert- it treated us incredibly well! At first we were confused as to where the location of the unit was, but we coincidentally bumped into the owner and their friend who were incredibly kind to us as we located it! BEAUTIFUL interior design, with such a comfortable atmosphere! The hospitality was top notch, from the selection of snacks and K-cups to the customized welcome on the Wifi board. Conveniently located to where we felt the city wasn’t too far away, and yet we felt secluded in the best and safest way possible. Quiet neighborhood. We sincerely loved our stay and did talk about coming back again!
