Enjoy beautiful views from this cozy retreat 10 minutes from everything (the airport, downtown, Opryland). Our home is nestled on one wooded acre in a quiet neighborhood, while being close to all the attractions Nashville has to offer, so you'll be able to conveniently explore downtown Nashville, while also being close to nature.

This 1100 sqft. apartment includes a double suite with two semi-private bedrooms separated by a walkthrough. It is located on the first floor of our house, while we live on the second floor. There is also a fully stocked kitchen with as many conveniences of home as we could think of.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Communication was great with the hosts. The property is in a quiet location. Downtown was relatively close and didn't require interstate travel, or was just 1 exit away. The location was nice as we were able to get to places quickly. The apartment is nice for a small family or 2 people.

We are all disabled and it was not handycap accesable to get in. We had some difficulties getting out because of how slanted the driveway and side walk was. Once we were in it was a great time and nice place. Great setting.

Overall the place was very nice and cute. The only complaint was the driveway. It is steep and a little tricky to get luggage in from the car but we managed. Other than that we were very happy. We would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Very nice apartment (lower level of a home). Spacious and comfortable. Location is the best part of this VRBO. It is located within a 10 minute drive from Music Row, Grand Ole Opry, Ryman and other historic sites. Nashville had an ice storm 2 weeks before our stay and the majority of the yard was cleaned up but it still had old plastic pots/plants from Fall laying around the yard. The only drawback is that the sidewalk up to the house is broken in several places and at night it is very hard to see. The outside house light was burnt out so it made it a challenge at night.

Convenient and quiet. We needed a spot for a couple of nights as we were in town for a show. The space was quiet and convenient to downtown. Hosts were not needed - instructions for access were clear and complete.Will certainly consider this space for future trips!

The host was very good with communication to get us to and in the apartment! We woke up on checkout day to a dead battery and the host was so kind to help us jump our vehicle. The apartment is close to all the fun in Nashville! Would definitely stay here again! If you’re thinking about booking DO IT!

Even though it was in their basement, we had complete privacy. The place was clean and we enjoyed our stay. About 15 minute or less drive to the Nashville Municipal Auditorium.
