Awful experience!!! The manager was rude and not one bit accommodating! The parking lot was full. Some of it being due to trailers taking up 2-3 parking spaces and due to some people parking crooked over the lines. That caused me to have to park in the additional parking over at the business next door that was a sketchy vape store. Very unsafe and inconvenient. The entire hotel smelled nothing but weed the entire stay!!! In addition to those problems, I had issues with the charges. First, I had a reservation for this trip but I needed to make a change. However, I couldn’t do it through the app so I canceled the reservation and immediately made another with the changes. I reserved to “pay at property “. However they charged me on the morning of the canceled reservation. I called the hotel and the girl that helped me stated that it was their error and would credit it back to me. So, on the reservation I made once I canceled the first. Again, I was to “pay at the property” and they charged my card on file early that morning of the 2nd reservation. At this point, they have charged me for 2 reservations! When I arrived they charged for safety/damage deposit. So at that point they had over $700 of my money when I should have only been charged under $300. I called the corporate customer service 3 times and the last time they told me that nothing would be done about it but it was reported. It took a complete week to get the money back that they wrongly charged me for! NEVER AGAIN!

No plug for the tub. The metal overflow piece fell off when touched. Tiny blood stain on the sheet, headboard was dirty. Could not screen share to the tv without downloading an app we would have to pay for. At breakfast- orange juice was out the whole time and provided bagels but did not have any cream cheese. The amenity book in the room listed pillows for $25 and directed to ask front desk about purchasing. When we asked, the front desk attendant said it was $50. We did end up purchasing for $25 after a lengthy seeming argument and pointing out the listing in the book. If the prices are outdated, the books should be updated. The good- check in was smooth We were just expecting a better experience from a hotel with such high ratings.

I am filing this complaint regarding my stay on the 28th, which was meant to be a special birthday celebration for my children but was completely ruined by the hotel's actions. Upon arrival, I was hit with an unexpected $100 deposit fee that was never disclosed. In the early morning, the power in my room was turned off, and we were left in the dark for hours. I went to the front desk multiple times to request the use of a phone to resolve my banking issues and to speak with a manager, but I was told no phone was available and the manager was "unavailable" every time I asked. It was extremely suspicious that after being left without power for hours, the lights suddenly came back on only after I went down to the desk to express that I could no longer continue my stay. This felt like a targeted attempt to force us to leave. This hostile environment and the lack of basic utilities for hours caused my children significant distress. I am demanding a full refund for this stay due to the total lack of professional service and the loss of basic amenities.

I explicitly selected the Affirm payment option to spread my payments out, but Expedia incorrectly processed the entire payment at once. This error caused a major issue with my bank and set off a chain of terrible events. When I got to the hotel, I was hit with an unexpected $100 deposit, and in the early morning, the lights in my room were turned off. When I tried to resolve these issues and requested to use a phone to fix the banking problem your error caused, the staff refused to help and the manager was never available. The lights only came back on after I complained, which felt like I was being forced out. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration, and instead, it was a disaster from the moment the payment was handled incorrectly on your app. Because your system failed to honor my payment agreement and the stay was unusable, I am requesting a full refund for this booking. #72069485658921 itinerary left without power for hours
