Caspian Cottage - Secluded log cabin on 150 acres

Caspian Cottage is located on Paradise Ranch & Retreat in Springfield Tennessee, only half an hour from Nashville. The ranch is spread across 150 acres of wooded rolling hills, with multiple horse pastures and five miles of hiking and biking trails. Exploring the well-maintained trails will take you to many scenic overlooks, private gazebos and benches, creek side sitting areas and beautiful ponds. If you bring boots you can wade across the slow moving creek with 3-4 inches depth of water to the 50 acres on the other side with several miles of trails.

Fishing, catch & release is available on Carr Creek and a pond on the property. A treehouse is nearby on the property with a small climbing wall and swing. A swing is below the cabin overlooking Carr Creek. Caspian Cottage is a place you can enjoy private time with a special someone, family, or friends.

The Cabin

Caspian Cottage is a 1,700 square foot cabin constructed with traditional methods, but it was built in 2014 with all of the modern conveniences to keep you comfortable. Two bedrooms and two and a half baths with a pullout sleeper in the loft can sleep up to six people with room to spare.

The kitchen includes modern stainless steel appliances to include fridge/freezer, dish washer, range and oven, coffee maker with a selection of coffee and tea, waffle maker, cookware, and dinnerware. The kitchen island seats three and a dining room table that seats six.

The living room features several chairs and couches, a large gas fireplace, and 55 in. HD
Smart TV with DVD player, AppleTV and cable. 250mbps business-class high-speed Internet/WiFi is provided throughout the cabin.

The downstairs bedroom features a king size bed, closet and an attached bathroom with two sinks, one of which is wheelchair accessible. The large shower has two shower heads and is also wheelchair accessible with an available shower chair. A 40 in. HD TV is also located on the wall, with a DVD player.

The upstairs bedroom also features a California king size bed, 40 in. HD TV with DVD player and attached bathroom with an air-jet jacuzzi tub for two as well as a shower.

The loft has a foosball game table with a pullout queen size sleeper for two and other unique furnishings.

A fully screened-in porch wraps around half of the cottage, with an outdoor gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling, table with seating for six, and a couch with seating for five or more.
