Set on the West End edge of Midtown, Astra is a bright two-bedroom inside The Odyssey, a modern condo building that lands you a quarter-mile from Centennial Park and within easy reach of the rest of Nashville. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with light, and the interior keeps things clean and warm — comfortable furnishings, a smart TV, and an open living area that's the natural place to land after a day out.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with sleek appliances and barstool seating at the counter for a slow breakfast, a home-cooked dinner, or takeout from one of the spots just outside. Both bedrooms are set up for a real night's sleep: the primary has a queen, its own smart TV, and an en-suite bath, and the second bedroom also offers a queen with its own en-suite — plus a door onto the living area, so it doubles as a guest bath when you need it.

The Odyssey brings the extras. Guests have access to the building's resort-style amenities: a seasonal pool with lounge seating, a BBQ area and fire pit, a well-equipped fitness center, and rooftop gathering areas with skyline views. And when you'd rather not go far at all, Tito's Mexican Restaurant sits right downstairs on the ground floor.

Centennial Park is a short walk from the door — 132 acres of trails, open lawns, and Nashville's full-scale replica of the Parthenon. Vanderbilt University and its medical center are minutes away, and the surrounding West End and Midtown streets are lined with cafes, restaurants, and bars. Downtown's honky-tonks and the neon of Broadway are a quick drive when you want live music. It's an easy, well-placed base — close to the park when you want calm, close to the noise when you want the night out.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, with elevator access available.

Parking Details:
- Parking is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis in the top-floor parking garage. No reserved parking. Guests can park in any spot that is not marked reserved. No parking pass required.
- If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or If you have extra vehicles, additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
