Perfect spot for us to relax after a full day of sightseeing. Lots of room for playing cards, watching movies, and sharing snacks and light meals in a comfortable and homey space. Loved it!!

Great location and the apartment had everything we needed. Easy walk to grocery stores, restaurants and public transportation. And so close to downtown Nashville. We also found so much to enjoy and explore in East Nashville. The off street parking in the back of the property was great. Would totally book this place again.

We just spent a week at this lovely property. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated with beautiful original floors, high ceilings, large windows and large rooms. It has every possible thing that anyone would need- full updated kitchen and bathroom, washer and dryer, beautiful living room, nice deck outside. We enjoyed coffee and donuts at The Donut Distillery next door, and tacos at Velvet Taco which is close, also. The location is excellent, and the owner/manager was readily available if needed, though we didn’t need a thing. We highly recommend this property, and will absolutely stay here again when we return to Nashville.😃

Perfect for our family

We loved everything about our stay! The property was clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood was fun to explore, with many great restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. We'd absolutely come back!

Cute small apartment that is clean and worked great for the weekend! Close to grocery and small businesses. About a $20 Uber to main visitor attractions. Would recommend!!

Great stay near to central Nashville

The apartment is in a great little neighborhood with plenty of nice bars, restaurants and cafes in walking distance. It is also on the 50 bus route which takes you into Central Nashville within 15 minutes.

Great Location

We booked this apartment purely for the location but its accommodations were a pleasant bonus. The private parking was very convenient. Easy walking access to lots of East Nashville attractions. We would love to stay here again when we visit.

This apartment is more spacious than it looks online. The decor is modern and fresh and simple. We were able to walk to nice restaurants and coffee houses. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were comfortable. Everything was easy to use. We both said we would love to come back here next time we visit Nashville. As an added bonus, it was convenient to the Grand Ole Opry where we were attending a concert.

Great location, very clean

We enjoyed our time in Nashville. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We arrived late in the evening so a plus was restaurants within walking distance and open late! This is a great location - close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nashville.

Great Grand Prix Weekend

Amazing property, clean and stylish good amenities. We were in town for the race, owner let us come back after to clean up for the road and check out late
