Such a family friendly house in a great neighborhood! Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to occupy young children and enjoy meals. A short and pleasant walk to Kelly Beach, beautiful views of the lake from the deck. Helpful binder with recommendations for restaurants and a wide variety of activities. Our grandkids didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend.

Wonderful home in Bonnet Shores. House is perfect for a beach vacation or a trip to Rhode Island beaches. Great kitchen for at home meals along with beautiful deck to watch sunsets.

The house was great, but there was construction going on next door every day from 7am til sometimes 7 at night. It woke up babies and adults. We were not told about this. We should have been given a discount.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, very comfortable, and perfectly suited for our family ranging in age from 5 to 75. It was the ideal spot for us to relax and enjoy time together.

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation. The home was lovely, had a beautiful view of the pond from the large deck, was a 10 min walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, pots and everything you could possibly need. Eric was very responsive and communicated clearly. The amenities like beach chairs, TV, towels, beach cart, etc. were very much appreciated. We will be back!

10 out of 10 rating. Excellent home offered more than imagined and we have rented thru VRBO and other agencies for several years. This tops places we have stayed in on Cape Cod! We really just needed to pack a suitcase. Everything is provided (minus a vac or a Dustbuster though for quick pickups) but we used the provided brooms. I did purchase a swifter to do the floors before we left as we normally do. A short walk to Kelly Beach in this quiet neighborhood is a great family oriented beach. Our two oldest grandchildren (4yrs) were much more acclimated this year for the ocean and loved jumping the waves and learning how to use their “surfboards” that they received for Christmas. This entire neighborhood is a great area for walking, running and riding bikes.One non beach day we went to Watch Hill and the kids loved riding the carousel. There’s a lot to do if you’re not a beach person. Jamestown Lighthouse park as well as Newport. A great show of fireworks on the evening of our departure ended our week at the beach, one week that our family is incredibly grateful for considering how our 2025 began. Homeowner Eric very communicative and ensured we could contact him at anytime. We certainly would come back to this area again. As our grandson age 4 said when he arrived, this is like a hotel Nana”.

Wonderful Stay!

Host graciously accommodated our ask to park at the house mid day on the check in day so we could enjoy a few hours of beach time before check in. House was beautiful, great set up for my husband, two kids, and my mom to stay for a long weekend. All the beach stuff you could need. Easy flat walk to the beach! View from the deck is even better than pictured. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

My family and I stayed here while visiting relatives. The house is just a short walk to the beach and offers everything you need to enjoy the water. The deck offers beautiful views of a pond. My family found the beds to be comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and I appreciated the laundry baskets provided in each room. The basement downstairs was a comfortable place for our family to play games and hang out in the evenings.The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Wonderful property and experience

We loved our experience here while we were in town for a wedding. Property was as described, very well appointed and in a great location. Eric was a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for something in Bonnet Shores and look forward to going back.

Perfect Weekend

What a wonderful weekend stay! We truly enjoyed our time at this lovely home. The location was perfect with beautiful water views and a short walk to enjoy Bonnet Shores. The home was spotless with all of the thoughtful amenities to guarantee an enjoyable stay by all. The host was super responsive and the check in/out process was seamless. Great stay with extended family

Great stay in a nice neighborhood. We had grandparents with us and first floor master was a plus to reduce stairs. Nice beach, is about 10 walk. Appreciated extra toilet paper and easy check out process compared to other homes we have stayed with in the area. Would stay again!

Family vacation

Great house, nice location, quick walk to the beach. The house had a lot of extras to use that we don't usually see in rentals. It is listed as 4 bedrooms but is not really 4 bedrooms, it is 3 bedrooms with a basement pull out and 2 bunk beds not technically a bedroom. We did not like Kelly beach, it is a very small beach with lots of dead crabs and seaweed. Nice beach right next door we were unable to access.

This was a gem. Beautiful home in the peaceful and gorgeous Bonnet Shores community. We have stayed in a lot of Vrbo and AirBB properties- this was the most organized and well appointed property so far. The owners put time and thought into this place. It shows. Wonderful.

What a lovely spot to vacation!

This is a beautiful home and checks all the boxes. Well stocked, comfortable, clean and beautiful views from the deck. Quiet neighborhood and a short easy walk to the beach. All beach paraphernalia, including paddle boards and toys for the kids, are supplied. A wonderful find. Highly recommend.
