House has been fully renovated to offer luxurious, relaxed living with all the comforts of a fully furnished home. Formal dining room complete with mahogany dining room table, seating for 12 and full china cabinet. The large beautiful kitchen features top of the line appliances, a breakfast nook for informal meals, and an attached side porch to enjoy morning coffee. The first level includes a laundry room w/ washer & dryer and full bath. Comfortable living room includes three leather sofas, one of which is a queen size pull out sofa bed for those who prefer sleeping on the first floor. Living room is also equipped with FIOS high-speed internet, smart TV with cable and Netflix. The expansive wraparound porch is the ideal spot to enjoy the saltwater breezes and gas grill BBQ. Second floor includes 5 well-situated bedrooms and 3 full baths. Third floor features master bedroom with gorgeous full bath, with an additional bedroom with 3 twin beds. Hardwood floors throughout. Private, landscaped grounds on 3/4 acre lot, featuring cedar outdoor shower. Lots of room to stretch out on the porch and lawn, including Adirondack chairs, picnic table and patio table. Lovely stone garage packed with beach gears, with driveway parking for six cars. Central gas heating and, split cooling for all rooms.
Freshly laundered comforters/coverlets, linens, bath & beach towels and beach gears are provided.
Eight minute (0.5 mile, 2600 ft.) walk to Narragansett Town Beach entrance, four minute walk to famous Coast Guard Restaurant and around the corner from Pier restaurants and shops.

We hosted out of town guests and family for our son’s wedding weekend. House is very large and easily accommodated our family. It was very clean, well stocked and close to the beach. I would highly recommend for anyone with a large family(s) for a vacation or to host people as we did.

Perfect house for 10. Communication clear and concise. Beach passes and carts were an added bonus. Plenty of linens, dishes and pans. Only tough part for us was that we had three women over 80 and the stairways were challenging for them.

Class of '76" High School Girls Reunion

A Perfect Getaway for Our Annual Girls' Weekend!Our group of ten high school friends just returned from the most wonderful girls’ weekend at this beautiful home, and we can’t say enough great things about it! The house was spacious, charming, and incredibly well-equipped for a large group. With five bathrooms, we all had plenty of space to get ready without feeling cramped — a huge plus for a group of ten women!One of our favorite features was the wrap-around front porch with Adirondack chairs. Every morning, we gathered there every with our coffee to catch up and enjoy the peaceful surroundings — it quickly became our sacred tradition.The home had everything we needed: beach towels & chairs, beach carts, coolers, fresh linens, fully stocked kitchenware, — we truly didn’t have to worry about a thing. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean and inviting, and every detail felt thoughtfully considered.This house was the perfect backdrop for making more lifelong memories. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone planning a special group getaway!Our host Arman, was absolutely fantastic and "Johnny on the spot." We had a small issue in the dining room and Arman was over to the house in five minutes. He was accommodating and paid attention to every detail and our needs. We will certainly be back! Cousins Reunion

We can't say enough positive things about our stay at this property! We've all been raving ! I've rented a lot through the years, and this has to be on top of the list: From the amazing location ( blocks from the beach, restaurants ; the house itself - plenty of room for 12 adults with beds to spare - all the beds were comfortable - gorgeous grounds - well equipped home with quality stock - and the best property manager/owner to communicate with, very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Superb Choice

This property is wonderful! Large, clean, updated although older. Location is close to beach and in a well kept neighborhood. Management offers everything for ease of transition to make it easy to use for everyone staying…plates, glasses, linens, condiments like sugar (fake and real even!) shampoo, even tissues in each room. Appliances new, seating comfortable and substantial for many…whether eating together, watching TV or playing catch in the yard. We had a family reunion including our newest family member, our 3 month old great granddaughter! When we are ready to visit again, this lovely large home will be our choice again. We all love it!

Blew us away!

This place as perfect for a group of friends to stay while we were in town for a wedding. Check in was easy and the manager was communicative and flexible - they were able to grant us early check in and late check out. The beds were comfy, the dining room is beautiful with space for all of us, and we loved sitting outside in the porch. It’s close to cafes and the beach, and had ample parking. Would absolutely recommend for a bigger group and hope to come back in the future!

Sweet old home

Large house, each of 7 brms has individual AC units, kitchen stocked with coffee, dishwater & utensils. Fantastic yard, tons of beach ware (tow wagons, towel’s & boogie boards…there were several things we didn’t use but looked like sun tents. Short walk to beaches and 5 passes proved enough for our mixed sets of 8-12 people at a time.

Narragansett Reunion

This is our second year to stay at this property and it was fabulous both times. Our extended family ranges in age from 12-80 and both the house and location were great for all. The location of the house is easy walking access to all that Narraganset has to offer including beach, restaurants and shopping. It is also perfectly situated as a base for daily excursions to the surrounding areas. The house is very well kept and the kitchen is well equipped to make meals at home. The host was attentive to any questions throughout our stay.

Amazing!

Everything about the property and host was top notch. Arman provided everything we needed and than some. He was timely, kind and so helpful. The house is impeccably kept and had so many thoughtful details. The kitchen was fully stocked and even the beds were extra comfy. Yard games, beach equipment, extra outdoor seating, you name it. Girls College Reunion Weekend

We found this house and location to be perfect for our group of 9 women gathering together to celebrate our 40 plus years of friendship and turning a certain age. :) We wanted everyone to have their own bed which this house provided as well as a big kitchen, dining room and living room. Being within walking distance of the beach and The Coast Guard House restaurant was a big plus. We also drove to Newport for lunch and that was very close. The property manager was easy to deal with and the place was very clean and well kept. We would definitely book this house again for such a big group.

40th Surprise Birthday Extravaganza!

Amazing! That is the word that I can think of that encapsulates both Arman, the host, and our experience staying in his home to celebrate my brother’s surprise 40th birthday celebration. Arman was very responsive to my questions and helped me identify great restaurant options in the area. The house had EVERYTHING our group needed and more and everything was as described in the listing. Our relatives, consisting of three separate families, felt very comfortable and at home during our stay. Plus, the house was very clean and spacious. We also spent an afternoon at the beach and found plenty of chairs, towels and other beach equipment available to use. Spacious, clean and great location for multi generational family vacation

Fantabulous! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the cleanliness, the amenities and the spacious and private porch and yard which was perfect for the kids to play football and wiffle ball. The beach gear was phenomenal - more than adequate for our group of 11. Enough chairs, umbrellas, towels and wagons. Easily walking to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home, bathrooms all new and very clean on arrival. Arman was very attentive to any questions before and during our stay. The grandkids said it was the best beach vacation! We hope to return for another family reunion.

Perfect spot for family visit

Nine family members aged 29 to 87 stayed in this delightful home for 5 days and we hated to leave. The house and property had everything we needed and the location was perfect! We could walk to the beach or to restaurants. Plenty of towels, games, Adirondack chairs, etc..

Outstanding Stay!

If you are looking for a family/friends gathering, this is the place in Narragansett! My son graduated from URI and we chose this house as our graduation weekend gathering to celebrate with our family and we could not be more pleased with our experience. All felt comfortable and instantly at home in this beautiful home! Arman was the perfect host and thought of every convenience you may need to make your stay enjoyable and was so responsive to every email or question, just perfect! All of our family said the they, "Slept like a rock and the beds were super comfortable!"
