Vacationing in Paradise! The Falling Waters Condominium complex is a resort style, gated community on Davies Blvd. It is located within minutes of downtown Naples with its many highly acclaimed restaurants, sandy beaches, arts galleries, unique shops, marina, theater, and much more.

The complex offers one of the largest, saltwater, heated pools in south Florida. Great place to simply relax or enjoy a game of tennis or bocce, swim, daily water aerobics, clubhouse functions or many other local activities including golfing, fishing, boating, cycling, pickleball and much more.

The condo is located in the Magnolia Falls section, a second level unit with its own private garage. Walking into the unit, you will find a well equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a large dining room and living room leading to a large lanai and a beautiful view of the pond with fountains. The lanai is also equipped with a Jenn-Air grill, fridge and sink.

The master bedroom has a very comfortable, king sized bed with Tommy Bahama furniture; plenty of room for all of your clothing needs. The master bath offers a two-sink vanity, walk-in closet, large shower and private toilet area.

The second bedroom contains two bunkbeds, each with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin sized bed above. Plenty of room for the family. There is also a second bathroom which includes a tub/shower, large vanity and private toilet area.

Included in the unit is a laundry room with new washer and dryer.

The unit provides free WiFi and three cable TVs.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a lanai, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer and an ironing board.

Wonderful condo

Clean and Comfortable home from home

This is the second time we have stayed in this property. It is very clean and comfortable and has everything you might need for a vacation stay. It is a proper home from home and even has beach equipment to use. Tony the owner is a pleasure to deal with and any communications are answered promptly. Falling Waters is a beautiful community with a gorgeous landscaped pool.

Summertime and the livin is easy.

This is our second year in a row staying at this property. The condo is clean and well taken care of. The swimming pool area is fantastic and has a tropical ambience. Downtown Naples and local beaches are within a short driving distance. If you have any questions or concerns the property owner is very friendly and helpful.

Spotless well maintained property

Spotless property, which matched exactly to the VRBO listing. Superb setting, well furnished comfortable property fitted with everything you need. Falling Waters has wonderful facilities, tennis courts and a gorgeous pool. Very quiet and peaceful in May. Just a lovely place to relax. Excellent communications throughout from Tony the owner.It was a pleasure to stay here, and we are already planning to return in the future.

very nice facility and well taken care of

The neighborhood was quiet and the location was very close to all amenities. Downtown Naples was alive and busy with evening dining on the sidewalks and the Christmas lights were a spectacular diplay as usual. It was my 3rd Christmas in Naples. Too bad about the pier. Great vacation and I thank the host.

What a beautiful condo

We have been to the Falling Waters community several times. But we've never had such a beautiful apartment. Everything was very clean and beautifully prepared. The location is central. Everything can be reached quickly by car. Stores, restaurants and the wonderful beach are not far away. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Thank you so much!
