The hotel location is perfect for train travelers. Very clean and nice roof top restaurant and bar.

I did not stay at this property. I had a medical emergency and had to cancel my entire European vacation. This is the only hotel that DID NOT refund my money at all. They kept the full amount and on top of that my friend I was going to traveling with went on the trip and rebooked there in his name and they still didn't give me a refund. Shameful

Very upscale and smack in the middle of the city and next to the train station.

The hotel was very clean, modern and had nice amenities (we really enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop). We also really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

unfriendly staff telling me I needed to call Expidia for reservation I made through orbitsz and they did not know Orbitz. I needed to cancel some reservations as my travel plans changed and they would not except anything over the phone and had to send everything only through emails

This hotel was in a perfect area, not alot of people speak English here. The hotel staff did. The restaurant is beautiful the view from up there is nice. Very clean nice size room. It was right across from the metro and the italo train. Definitely recommend this hotel

Our stay at UNA was terrific. Front desk staff allowed us to check in early and were very accommodating. The room was beautiful and nicely appointed. The rooftop restaurant gives an excellent view of the city and provided many additional photo opportunities. Service all around was excellent.

If you want to be right by the train/bus station, this is a great location -- just watch out for used hypodermic needles and human feces as you walk around. Also, definitely don't eat at the hotel -- the food is mediocre at best. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and the rooms were nice and dark at night because they have solid wood shutters.

The treadmill worked! It was right across the square from the train station and I could see it.

The hotel is walking distance from the train station but it is not a safe area. This is the second time I have been here, both times because of its proximity to the train and the airport. If you stay inside the hotel it is fine. The hotel is clean and has a good restaurant.

Cleaned/safe hotel close to Napoli Centrale. Spacious rooms with nice decor, comfortable beds. Great professional staff. My congratulations to Alessia at the front desk and front desk staff whom did my checked out easy and efficient. Great breakfast staff.

I stayed at the Naples properly immediately after staying with UNA's Rome property. Where Naples fell short comparatively was in the creature comforts in the room. My room in Naples had half the toiletries, pillows and bed. (I haven't slept in a single bed in 20+ years.) No robe or slippers to be found. While I am sure all would have been provided had I asked, I'm unsure why the standards were different from what i experienced with UNA in Rome. Beautiful hotel in a great location with attentive staff.
