This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, complete with modern appliances, a high-tech pool heater, a sun deck, and gorgeous tile flooring throughout. Large impact windows and a sliding glass door allow natural light to flood the space, and during cooler months, you can open the door fully to let in the refreshing ocean breeze, creating an expansive indoor-outdoor living experience.

And after a day at the beach, you’ll love the convenience of the outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off sand and saltwater before settling in to relax in the comfort of the home or by the pool. It’s the ideal way to transition from beach fun to total relaxation.

What a lovely house! My family of four had the best spring break The whole outdoor area was perfect for relaxing by the pool or sitting under the patio reading a book. The location was great, too. Plenty of restaurants near by, but we were also close enough to downtown Naples and Bonita Springs to meet friends for dinner. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely want to stay here.
