Great place to stay, nice rooftop space with hot tubs, lounge beds, and bar. Great breakfast included. Would have liked an extra pillow and a comforter, the bed only included a sheet, as well as an extra towel since you have the amenities plus regular shower. Would stay again!

Air conditioning unit in room flooded the room when used. Shower has black tiles and a dip toward the plug hole...no signage to warn or bath mat provided. Area can be slippy when wet and partner did slide (although thankfully no injury).

The staff are wonderful. The breakfast is amazing. The rooftop terrace is fantastic. The area is conveniently located to the Napoli Centrale train station which means it comes with a noisy and dirty area of Naples. The corridors are echo-y and loud and the rooms are quite bright because the light from the corridor stays on all night. We had a bathroom with the shower open to the toilet so after using the shower, the toilet and floor around the toilet were soaked. We used our daily allotment of towels to soak up the water in order to use the toilet.

Not much to look at from the outside but once you’re inside it’s great! Rooms were basic but clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and we ate it on their beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the city. Bar prices are very reasonable and it’s a short walk to the central train station. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

The people make this property (and the views). There are plenty of gluten free options at breakfast and the restaurant is a very nice place to have dinner. The location is perfect, if you want to settle down with your feet up and enjoy the breeze, far away from the town. The town is a 400 staircase, a long walk along a narrow roadway or a very expensive cab ride away.

This is great value for money. Good rooms with quirky but fun decor, comfortable bed, decent bathroom, within walking distance to the train station, close to the metro, good food, excellent service and breakfast. The rooftop patio dining is a plus. If you want a hot tub they have it. This is not luxury but it is comfort. Be prepared to use a small elevator to reach the sixth floor for check in. Our room was on the fourth floor. Other B&Bs share the same building. You will like it.

The location was perfect. The hotel was located on the 6th floor, accessed by a lift. Room was comfortable but toiletries were scarce and there was no teabags/coffee despite there being a kettle and cups. Breakfast was plenty and had a great variety.

Sweet Sleep is a hidden gem! Once you find the entrance and navigate the tiny elevator, you end up in a lovely, safe area atop the busy downtown. The rooms are spacious, clean and have the basics, but it’s the rooftop patio that sets it apart - like a mini resort overlooking the city. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, whether it’s bringing snacks, explaining how the metro works or just making you feel at home. Get a limoncello spritz, chill in the hot tub or eat at the restaurant - it’s all there, while still small enough to feel cozy. Naples can be dizzying, and this place makes sense of it all. Highly recommended.

The property and the staff are great. The breakfast selection is excellent. The surrounding area is not very pleasant but no fault to the hotel. The only thing needed is a shower door or curtain in the bathroom.

Nice Place in Wrong Place

The hotel occupies the 6th floor of an old building and has a fantastic area terrace outside of reception which has a load of sun beds and a couple of hot tubs. The staff are very friendly and bar and food service very good and reasonably priced. The rooms. On 5th floor are all themed and are very clean and comfortable IKEA way. They have both fridge and kettles in the room but do lack basic provision of tea / coffee etc and some complimentary drinking water. The downside to this hotel is unfortunately its location which is in a very run down dirty and edgey part of town close to the main train station, and the outside can be quite intimidating at night.
