This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath single-family home is ideal for one or more families due to its unique layout with bedrooms located on opposite extremes of the house and shared spaces (kitchen, dining, living) in the middle. Loads of windows throughout with vaulted ceilings in the common areas and master bedroom. Ample parking on two driveways, and space for a boat. Plus we are pet friendly with NO pet fees.
Ideally located just blocks from Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park, Whole Foods Market, Publix, Trader Joe's and Walmart.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

The host and the realtor weee very prompt and responsive in providing us with anything we requested.The place spacious,especially kitchen,living room and bedrooms. The masterbedroom was large felt like home.It only needed updating of the bathrooms,Otherwise all good, loved the open space.
