Do you want the best of both worlds with both Marco Island and Naples? If you answer, “yes,” then Artesia is the perfect community for you! Artesia is a gated community located in Naples but is just a short drive from Marco Island. This two-story, 1,600 square foot condo on Santiago Circle sleeps six, with one queen bed, one bunk bed, two twins, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

The unit features tan-carpeted and tiled flooring with modern furniture placed perfectly over it to add a splash of color to each room. A plethora of windows fill the space with natural light and tropical colored walls and decorations add a tropical twist.

The fully-stocked kitchen gives you all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family meal on the dining room table. And, of course, no Florida kitchen is complete without a blender that is used for making tropical beverages to sip on the lanai as the sun goes down.

All of the bedrooms come with windows that overlook the palm tree covered landscape, and the master suite features a big screen television and an en suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

The unit comes with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens ,and towels and a washer and dryer, along with everything you need for a day at the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella.

There’s also a community center in the middle of the community, which is filled with a myriad of amenities. It features a custom designed pool, with a spacious patio lined with loungers, umbrellas, and stately palms. Other features include a movie theater, fitness room, aerobic room, billiard room and pickleball courts all for your use and enjoyment.

There’s so much to do and see in Naples and Marco Island, and you’re so close to it all. Miles of beaches, some with full facilities and other more secluded spots, along with word-class shopping and unique dining options.

Great location; short drive to Marco Island. Condo was represented well in the listing; pictures really helped! We had a great time; enjoyed the amenities at the Club house. We would highly recommend this lovely location.

Place is wonderful

We spent most of the winter here. The condo is new, clean, well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked. The view from the windows is awsome. The area is so beautiful and very safe. Communication with management is excellent.
