Welcome to our luxurious Mediterranean Villa located in the Park Shore/Moorings area of Naples. 10 minutes to downtown (Old Naples), 10 minutes to North Naples nightlife/shops/dining/Vanderbilt Beach. 3 minutes to grocery stores, shopping, dining, and Coastland Center Mall. 5 minutes to Waterside Shops/Restaurants. 4 minutes to Venetian Village Shops/Restaurants. 4 minutes to private beach access (Moorings Private Beach Park) with private parking lot and facilities. In short, CENTRALLY LOCATED to all Naples has to offer!!! Courtyard style home with screen-enclosed heated pool and spa in the center. Located on the Bay, but no water access. But the VIEW! You get the beautiful sunset every night off the Master Suite. Master has separate his and hers baths. All guest bedrooms have en suite baths. 3 car garage. Paradise Villa

The moorings villa is a lovely property. We were so pleased to call it home for a month this past winter. The beautiful pool and spa surrounded by a lush patio garden was a favorite gathering space every day. The kitchen/family room area was our command center. The bedrooms especially the beds were the most comfortable ones in any rental property we’ve stayed in. You really felt like you were home. The host took time to leave detailed reviews of local restaurants and bistros which we so appreciated and took full advantage of during our stay. This is a property not to miss!
