This very well equipped home is available for rent to the family with a desire to enjoy a fantastic home overlooking the lake in the private gated community of Briarwood.
The home features a comfortable Family room with vaulted ceilings, entertainment center, and desk area; perfect to set up your laptop.
Enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake from almost every room in this house, whether you are preparing a meal or leisurely enjoying your morning cup of coffee.
Enjoy the extra space this home has to offer with the addition of a 2nd Living/family room and formal dining area.
The master suite, with private soaking tub and separate shower, has a king size bed and large walk in closet. On the opposite side of the home is the 2nd Bedroom. It is light and bright with the same fantastic view of the lake and 2nd king size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and shares the bathroom available off the hallway.
Briarwood's location is minutes away from downtown Naples, gorgeous beaches, fine dining and superb shopping on 5th Avenue. Stay with us and return home with memories that will last a lifetime.
