This is a very nice place to stay. Extremely helpful staff. Great view of Naples from the balcony. This was one of our better places we stayed during our Italy trip.

Very unprofessional

I made my reservation the day of but the staff were entirely unreachable. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism this place has to never answer any call or message of mine about how to even get into the building even though I had already fully paid for my reservation. No one ever answered me when I got there or since. A hotel in my country would never silently take my money after being completely absent for a reservation.

Good location

Basic accommodation on 12th floor. Nice views but lift was out of order for 2 days. Nor happy to arrive to find no one waiting for us. Had to call the emergency number to get someone to attend. Very basic cleaning...emptied rubbish.. but good basic BandB for the money

Ray of sunshine in a disappointing city

We got a taxi at the official taxi rank outside the airport and agreed a €25 fee with the driver, after a short hair raising journey he dropped us off charging us €32.75 on the meter taking €35 and driving off. There was no clear sign of the b&b just a large dirty apartment block. Luckily for us the shop keeper next door helped us find the right bell, which just told us 12th floor. We had to climb a couple of flights of stairs to get to the lift, and then went to the 12th floor, and knocked on a door, to which a frightened Italian man answered, to tell us there were 2 parts to the same building and we needed the other through a dark corridor. The attendant was helpful the local tax was €3 watch the small print as can be a rip off. Our room was very tidy with a balcony, and a lovely view if very noisy. We were given a breakfast voucher for tea, coffee, croissant and pastry for a cafe opposite. In the ,orning we went to cash in our voucher we got a tea, glass of hot milk (latte) ask for Americano for white coffee and nothing else. Which with everyone smoking in a confined space and all the rubbish and dog mess was probably for the best.we walked to the docks to get our ferry to Capri the buildings were beautiful but covered in graffiti, there was litter and dog mess everywhere and continuous cigarette smoke finding us at every step. Hopefully there are nice parts to Naples because the people I have spoken too found it to be dirty and uncared for, even unsafe.

Ehhh...

While the room was very clean and the location was close to many things and public transportation, the whole setup was weird. The B&B was on the 12th floor of a massive building which took a while to get in and out of...also there was some mention of putting 5 euro cents into a machine in the elevator every time you wanted to use it. "Breakfast" was a joke...nothing worthwhile other than coffee. Also, don't expect luggage storage to last beyond 4pm.

Super value for your money

If you're looking for clean, quiet, friendly and a great single room, (as I was) then Nel Cuore di Parthenope hits the mark! Just be aware that you need to get into ELEVATOR B to the 12th floor. The elevator does take 5 "cents", seriously. Jasmine was the delightful receptionist and "hotel" (there are 6 suites, with a center kitchen and reception area. The decor is cute and the views, each room different, spectacular. Mine, #6 was the room with the least view, but for 50-60 Euros, I was thrilled at the cleanliness, newly renovated just about everything and the good internet speed. Perfect for a couple or business traveler. Thanks to Jasmine for being excellent, she should get a pay raise! =D If I'm back in Naples, I'd go back to Nel Cuore di Parthenope. =D

Great location, bright and cheery, good staff

Only a 10 minute walk from the Duomo, and 5 minutes from the Archeological museum, with a supermarket a few doors down. Very close to Metro stop. Don't let the entry throw you off - It is a bit dingy because it is shared for a large building. But, walk up a flight of stairs, follow a hallway around a few corners to an old-style cage elevator (and don't forget to have a 5 cent coin to make the elevator work!), and get to the 12th floor. Open the door (to what likely used to be a home), and you're in a brightly painted space with a reception desk, kitchen with bar stools and 6 rooms. The views from our rooms were nice. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are much more spacious than typical European fare. One of our two rooms even had a pull out couch. Each room has its own individually controlled a/c unit. Breakfast is included and very simple: a couple types of cereal and milk, juice boexes, and individually wrapped croissants and muffins and of course, espresso/coffee. Certainly enough to get you going. We were able to leave our luggage before we checked in, and after we checked out. TIP: If you do the latter, make sure you have a key to get back in past the from door down on the street (even though you've checked out). The only wrinkle is payment: They wanted cash saying they didn't have a credit card machine. If this is a problem for you, prepay for the room when you book on the web site. There is also an local fee of 1.50 per person aged 18 and over. Altogether a great deal.

Buona sera, il b&b si presentava come descritto quindi è andata bene. Però le signore che ci lavoravano anche se cortesi non fanno quello che richiedi. in sostanza quando arrivo mi accorgo che manca lo shampoo e lo faccio presente diverse volte; la signora mi riferiva che vedeva ciò che poteva fare ma mi anticipava che non POTEVA RICARICARE il recipiente. Io in 5 giorni avrei dovuto fare lo shampoo con il bagnoschiuma? Ne sono rimasta estremamente delusa. inoltre il giorno in cui sono andata via, dopo aver ceduto le chiavi della stanza, ho chiesto la cortesia se potevo andare in bagno..La signora mi ha risposto che non potevo perché uno lo stava pulendo; l'altro era rotto e gli altri erano occupati. In più aggiungo che per tutto il pernottamento ci sono stati dei lavori in casa, ed oltre ai rumori che facevano per i lavori, c'era pure il chiasso che facevano i lavoratori con la signora che stava alla reception, ridendo e scherzando ad alta voce.

B&B nel cuore di Napoli

Il B&B si trova in zona centrale e tranquilla, a 5 min a piedi dalla metro Cavour. Da lì è possibile raggiungere il centro storico a piedi in 10-15 minuti. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita, il bagno privato anch'esso pulito e fornito di ogni confort. La proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile a ogni nostra esigenza, sempre sorridente. Ottimo alloggio per visitare Napoli

一人旅で利用しました。 入り口はわかりづらいですが（1Fにスーパーのあるビル）、とてもお得な宿だと思います。高層階なので眺めもよく、水廻りも快適です。スタッフもフレンドリーで感じが良かったです。 またナポリへ行くことがあったら、絶対にこちらに泊まろうと思います

Zentrales Hotel mit schönem Ausblick

Das Hotel liegt schön zentral, um zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu kommen. Der Innenhof/das Treppenhaus ist etwas schäbig und erinnert ein bisschen an ein Gefängnis, aber wenn man das Hotel im 12. Stock erreichet hat, sieht es von innen sehr viel besser aus! Das Personal ist freundlich, der Empfangsbereich ist sehr schön und auch die Zimmer sind schön. Nur sehr hellhörig. Die Handtücher werden leider nur alle 3 Tage gewechselt, was bei uns kein Problem war, da wir nur für ein Wochenende dort waren. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem Croissant und einem Kaffee, aber das ist in Neapel wohl so üblich. Alles in allem fand ich das Hotel sehr schick und würde es auch weiter empfehlen! (Außer für Leute, die einen sehr leichten Schlaf haben :-))
